All of the food is great. Love the pizzas. The wait staff is great, especially Crys. I go every time I'm in Brooklyn.

This was just around from the spot I was staying it - a friend having called to meet there so we could take in one of the world cup games playing at the bar. So, it became my 'local' - easy to catch the games, no massive crowds and had the incredibly handy benefit of great pizzas on offer. All... More

Toby's has a nice menu of quick bar food that isn't just fried junk. Pizza is tasty and the fresh mozz w asparagus was delicious. They have a nice variety of beers. Service was ok/average.

I was staying fairly nearby for work and was looking for a good bar to hang out at while in the area and Toby's fit the bill. They have a wood fired oven with some nice choices. The crowd was pretty mellow and they had a good number of tv's to watch the games.

My husband and I were staying in Brooklyn by Prospect Park and were in the mood for pizza within walking distance of our hotel. We stumbled across Toby's and loved it! It had a fun, cool atmosphere. We sat at the bar. The bar tender was very nice and the pizza was delicious! Had we known it was cash only,... More

I ate here recently (July 2013) and as a table we shared 3 pizzas between us, the Truffle pizza, Delac and The Merguez (spelling may be wrong. All were so incredibly and perfectly cooked. My particular favourite being the Truffle Oil pizza, simply delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, definitely worth a visit an very reasonably priced too.

I have been coming here for years and it is great pizza. It's a locals kind of place so if you aren't fond of waiting 2 hours in line with a bunch of uninformed tourist and want truly great pizza look know further. Go for a walk through Green wood cemetery first to work up an appetite, it only 5... More

Yes, driving to Toby's from Minnesota was worth it! On a late Saturday afternoon, a server met our group of 9 at the door and promptly moved tables together to seat us. The beer and wine varieties met all of our tastes. We had appetizers, salads, of of course pizza. All were delicious; no complaints from anyone, and the service... More

Had one of my best nights in NYC here. The city location just opened. Our server Peter was the best. Brick oven pizza is a must try.
