This had great food, we go there a lot during my stay. Fast service, hot food and great prices. The ambiance is nice too.

If you want the soup ONLY, but the rest of the dishes are not worth it. I had a chicken salad that was made with packed tyson chicken and the cook skimped on the meat. Not enough for the price. The lettuce was soggy and wilted. The sup smelled amazing but not my flavor, ONLY BEEF WAS AVAILABLE. It does... More

I was very pleased to choose this place to eat, on the outside it looked like if it was closed, on the inside it was like going to visit grandma, ms. Mai (the owner) is a very sweet lady and her food taste delicious, I had brisket and flank Pho, if you are looking for a super fancy place to... More

The Little Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant in Fairbanks is a must-visit place, if you enjoy excellent food that is well-prepared and tasty. The owner and cook is an elderly lady who does everything, and she create fabulous dishes one at a time. The fresh rolls (with yummy fillings), the BBQ pork (slightly sweet and really tasty), the noodle and rice dishes... More

It was just like other reviews had said, it appeared to be this Vietnamese woman cooking in this small shop which almost in a way seemed like her home. When she finished cooking she went back to her laptop and continued playing solitaire. We had the Chicken vermicelli, shrimp egg noodles, and spring rolls – all of which were really... More

Rumors of this restaurant demise are exaggerated. We recently had lunch at Little Saigon. I had Pho with well done beef and my wife had Bun with Pork. Cooked to order, fresh and tasty, REAL VIETNAMESE COOKING. The owner/chef/waitress assured me she is open and working everyday. If you have ever been to Vietnam and eaten in a neighborhood Pho... we were on our way to the airport and stopped by here for lunch. The place looks run down and outdated but still cozy on the inside with pictures and souvenirs from Vietnam being hung up. The pho bo (beef soup noodles) and vegetables (black mushrooms with vegetables) were good and have adequate portions. It even comes with a plate... More

The pho was very unexpectedly fantastic - a welcome surprise to someone used to pho in urban areas with many Vietnamese restaurants. I dare say it was the best that I'd had in my life. Another plus was that it was also very inexpensive. The only negative I can think of was that it was a little hard to find.... More

The area is kind of sketchy but the restaurant and the person serving you is like your mom cooking you a good awesome meal. Food is really tasty and the price you can not beat it. If you don't like to eat in the restaurant just order to go it's cheap and it is very tasty.

Been here a few times, but not in the last 10 to 15 years. ? Why? Well I just did not like the fact thar I could write my name on the walls with my finger, do to all the grease/oil that had collected on the walls. Otheres have told me it hasn't changed much. May give it another try... More
