I've lived in Fairbanks for 50 years and only been to WolfRun, once, some 25 years ago. New ownership turned a very nice coffee shop into a very, very nice restaurant, lunch, dinner and great coffee. With a birthday gift certificate, we visited Wolf Run. After a beginning bad experience ( being seated next to some slabs of meat cooking,) a... More

I actually do like there food but the owner and help treat the patrons with distain and are rude, they make you feel like you are entering a private club of which you certainly are not a member- I do not frequent

I probably have ate here a half dozen times in October and November. Needless to say, it's a fantastic spot. It was remodeled not to long ago, the menu has changed as well.. but same ole yummy desserts!! The parking is interesting, still trying to figure out the layout, but that's not important here. It's a small and cozy restaurant...... More

By chance an unplanned stop at Wolf Run was by far our best meal while in Fairbanks. Will definitely return.

We were going out for my wife's birthday and wanted to try something we hadn't had before. Like several of the reviews mentioned, a lot of menu items are similar in Alaska. While we were at the restaurant, it appeared many of the other patrons were there for he dessert menu. We were there for both dinner and dessert. We... More

My husband and I visited here on a Saturday evening for the first time since its remodel and new owners. We weren't disappointed. We found the atmosphere to be pleasant, although we were seated very close to fellow diners. We ordered the bruschetta, and while it was tasty, our waitress forgot to bring us plates. My husband had the salmon... More

Surprise, it was just like anywhere else in Fairbanks-horrible service! The salad had black slimey rotten lettuce. When we told the waitress she just said "sorry i'll tell the kitchen". Not sorry can I bring you a new one but more like oh well too bad. The sandwiches were good but laid on a bed of what looked like lettuce... More

We decided to try Wolf Run again after about a year since our original visit. Got seated with water, wine, and menus pretty quickly and it didn't take long to get our order in. Things seemed to really slow down after that. Bread and butter, or something, would have helped pass the time, but none was provided. My scallops appetizer,... More

Went for late lunch. Would have ordered off dinner menu if we could but the the lunch sandwiches turned out to be awesome! Other guys had the salmon wiches, I had the steak one. Great view out the window, good waitress (owner?), would go again. Oh, peanut butter pie beyond belief!

The last time I was in Fairbanks, 4 years ago, this place was one to avoid according to the locals. Not now, Wolf Run has been updated in the last few years by the look of the interior. The food is an intersting mix of american, european and asian influence. From apeetizers through desert,I would have to say, its my... More
