A Good Representation of Fairbanks

Go ahead and try it, you need something to commemorate your Fairbanks trip. The food is just average. The outside eating was unpleasant because of mosquitoes. Once is enough.

The Salmon Bake was part of a package deal we had. The food was OK but not outstanding. Certainly the staff kept the various food stations replenished. The salmon was good but I was hoping for something to wow me since we were in Alaska. The prime rib was awful - and from the look of it - I am... More

Place is a buffet with a pretty good selection of food. Sad to say that the salmon left me wanting, but the fried cod, beef, and crab were good. Salmon had a honey glaze on it that was bleh. I didnt have room for the desserts. They have indoor and outdoor seating that was clean, bathrooms were clean, parking was... More

This is the ultimate in informal dining, so if you want table service, ordering from a menu, cloth napkins and that sort of thing, go somewhere else. But if you want a plentiful meal and are okay with a picnic-style setting, you'll get that here at a decent price. The stars of this meal were the salmon and snow crab... More

Friday nights is also all you can eat crab legs. There is not any other place around that we found we could get all you want of fresh salmon and fees crab legs. The food was excellent and hot when served. A place one must visit when in Fairbanks.

The food was ok, nothing spectacular. We ate outside, since it was so crowded inside. We were herded through tunnels with dim lighting which emerged to buffet stations. You can do better than this place which only served tourists like me who didnt know any better (no locals).

We ( 2 couples) enjoyed a most tasty and filling meal here recently. We Live In Fairbanks and we regularly recommend it to visitors as we did this time. The main entrees were prime rib, salmon, and fried cod. All were very good albeit the salmon would have been better without the honey sauce brushed on it. Good salmon does... More

We ate here on a Friday. We discovered that they add crab to the food options for the weekends so we waited to go until Friday. A bit pricey but worth it. They also have salmon, prime rib and cod. The salmon was fire baked with a somewhat sweet coating which at first, threw me off (I am used to... More
