Great coffee, good food, great local flavor. Wood fired oven for breads and pizzas. Very good and highly recommended. Crowded on rainy days...

mornings are crazy busy, long lines even in drive thru. The staff really rushes you so much its hard to focus on the pleasure of being there, but the food is good. The flatbreads are worth the wait, the coffee is ok, but a fun, different place to visit. the variety of sweet treats is wonderful and unique for fairbanks.... More

There was a line going out the door on a Saturday morning where we met our family on our first trip to Fairbanks. Got coffee, cinnamon roll, bagel dogs and hot chocolate. All was good, not over the top, but good. The atmosphere was friendly and warm and inviting....like a local coffee house should be!!

The staff is miserable the coffee is burnt but the food is pretty darn good. First you're super excited to get out of the rain. Walk in and stand in line for at least 15 minutes while the staff takes their sweet time making drinks and chatting with each other. Nothing wrong with that however I need to get to... More

The Alaska Coffee Roasting Company is located in a small strip shopping center. We stopped by on a Monday a little before noon and the place was packed! There was a long line waiting to order at the counter so I thought the coffee must surely be something special. They do serve several varieties of coffee and also sell lunchtime... More

Great coffee. Food is okay for a coffee house, though nothing exceptional. Pizza is hit and miss. A bit of a hardship on the pocket book. Service is order at cash register and is amazingly slow and disorganized!!!!!

So many different baked goods and treats, not to mention a place to sit and relax on a rainy day. Some of the best coffee in town as well.

Alaska Coffee Roasting serves the finest coffee in town. They have an amazing variety of coffee beans and roast them in-house. Alaska Coffee also has a good assortment of pastries, flat breads, and other lunchtime favorites.

I had heard so much about the coffee here I decided to give it a try on my latest trip to Fairbanks. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. On the first visit I bought a slice of quiche Lorraine and a cinnamon roll and can't recall if they were good or bad so I guess they were OK. Service was friendly but... More

This has been my favorite coffee spot for years. They roast their own coffee and the lattes are very good. It is very popular and the lines can be long in the drive thru and inside the shop. I am not a big fan of the baked goods and other foods there although their carmel walnut rolls are delectable.
