The coffee, bread and pastries are all good, and the food looked good (didn't try that) but the staff all looked like students who could care less about your dining experience, and took plenty of time in serving you, to boot!

This eclectic little coffee and bakery is a nice spot to pull over and unwind in Fairbanks. It's near the University positioned at the end of a little strip mall behind another store. It might be hard to spot, but don't pass it up. We made our way here twice while visiting Fairbanks: once for a mid-morning coffee and pastry... More

This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Fairbanks. The food is always good, the coffee fresh and hot, and the service friendly. This cafe is a great place to go for a cup of coffee, a snack with friends, or a full meal. They serve a variety of pastries, sandwiches and salads. Their cinnamon rolls and homemade hot... More

Great coffee, good food, great local flavor. Wood fired oven for breads and pizzas. Very good and highly recommended. Crowded on rainy days...

mornings are crazy busy, long lines even in drive thru. The staff really rushes you so much its hard to focus on the pleasure of being there, but the food is good. The flatbreads are worth the wait, the coffee is ok, but a fun, different place to visit. the variety of sweet treats is wonderful and unique for fairbanks.... More

There was a line going out the door on a Saturday morning where we met our family on our first trip to Fairbanks. Got coffee, cinnamon roll, bagel dogs and hot chocolate. All was good, not over the top, but good. The atmosphere was friendly and warm and inviting....like a local coffee house should be!!

The staff is miserable the coffee is burnt but the food is pretty darn good. First you're super excited to get out of the rain. Walk in and stand in line for at least 15 minutes while the staff takes their sweet time making drinks and chatting with each other. Nothing wrong with that however I need to get to... More

The Alaska Coffee Roasting Company is located in a small strip shopping center. We stopped by on a Monday a little before noon and the place was packed! There was a long line waiting to order at the counter so I thought the coffee must surely be something special. They do serve several varieties of coffee and also sell lunchtime... More

Great coffee. Food is okay for a coffee house, though nothing exceptional. Pizza is hit and miss. A bit of a hardship on the pocket book. Service is order at cash register and is amazingly slow and disorganized!!!!!

So many different baked goods and treats, not to mention a place to sit and relax on a rainy day. Some of the best coffee in town as well.
