“Not your normal hotel restaurant.”

I usually don't have high hopes for hotel restaurants but this one surprised me. A very good choice on the menu with great seafood selections. One of the most eclectic wine menus I have seen.

“A place to be seen”

If you like to spend a lot of money and be seen by others who like to spend a lot of money this is the place for you. Stingy on their wine servings. However, they have the absolute best french fries I have ever had.

definitely recommend. convenient fashionable eatery in the bottom floor of springhill suites. extensive wine list. attentive and courteous wait-staff. great menu variety. when we couldn't decide what to eat, the server suggested several appetizers, which worked out perfectly. beef-tips fabulous.

Food is excellent. High end scale for prices. Atmosphere is cosmopolitan which can be fun. Can be noisy. Great desserts, varied menu--meatloaf-excellent to more sophisticated entrees. Can be very romantic. A nice variety of wines.

Possibly the only upscale restaurant in central Fairbanks, and hardly more expensive than the ordinary places. Excellent food and service. But make a reservation!
