The atmostphere of this place was very pleasant. Very clean and ample space so you didn't feel like you were rubbing elbows with strangers. I ordered the Smoked Porter burger, which came with waffle fries. Little did I know the burger overflowed on the bun. The burger was approx. 5 inches in diameter and the bun was probably around 3... I ate here on my last night in town because I heard they had great food. I had the bacon cheeseburger and it was delicious! The atmosphere and the service we received was great! Our waitress (can't remember her name but I'm adding a picture) was spot on and did a wonderful job! If I'm ever back in Fairbanks, I... More

The cooks have trouble with the gradation of steak. But their burgers and salads are very good. Their halibut fish and chips is very good as well.

I ordered a mushroom burger for $13 and my husband ordered their most expensive burger for $15. Both burgers were overdone and burnt. The beer my husband ordered was flat, and when he complained they brought him another flat beer. We were in a large party so they charged us an automatic 17% gratuity (with no notice in the menu... My wife and I recently ate lunch here. Prices are reasonable, the service was very good and they had a decent beer selection. We had hamburgers which were very good. While it's not a destination restaurant we enjoyed our lunch and were glad we had stopped in.

Actually ate here twice with 2 awesome women. The front desk guy who takes names was a blast who we kidded with. We had an impromptu birthday celebration and they accommodated us as we had brought a table cloth, banner, hats and candles. We got a free birthday dessert that we were able to pick (usually places just bring a... More

We inquired at the wooden bowl company about a place close and frequented by locals. This is where she sent us. It is a nice, clean, and friendly atmosphere with fairly decent food. Good drinks too:)

We recently spent 2 nights in Fairbanks and on the recommendation of a girl at the visitor center we ate dinner the first night at Brewsters. It was so good that we ate there again the second night. The food was fantastic, the service excellent and the ambiance perfect for a casual evening out. The restaurant is a short walk... More

I stopped here for a quick lunch before catching flight back home. Restaurant is located in a plaza of stores. The restaurant is set up with 2 sides. A brighter side with all tables and a darker side with a bar. We were seated at a booth on the bar side and was waited on by the bartender. Food was... More

My co-workers and I went to the Brewsters restaurant over by the old Steese highway last Friday for lunch. They did a great on the hamburger that I ordered. Everyone else liked their meals too. We will be coming back here for lunch again.
