Believe all the bad reviews you've read about this place. This was some of the worst Mexican food I've ever had. It was so awful, we left about two thirds of it right there on the plate and left! The beans were flavorless and half cold, and the meat was greasy and poorly cooked. Yuch!

Ate here for dinner, the waiter was an older guy that was in his own world. Our food came and apparently I ordered bone in chicken enchiladas. These suckers were huge!!! He didn't comp my meal or offer anything new. No apology either. Pretty disappointing and we had to keep asking for refills on drinks, chips & salsa.

There were ten in our party and they handle large parties well. The food was great. The service was great. The parking lot was a lake but all of the parking lots are lakes this time of year.

During our 10 day stay in Fairbanks, we had the opportunity to try many restaurants. Of all of the meals we had, this was by far the absolute worst!! The food was terrible, cold and my chicken had a bone in it. Don't waste your money!

We went to Gallo's last week after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor and had the absolute worst so--called Mexican" meal we have ever had. The food was not only terrible tasting, but disgusting to look at. What was suppose to be a tostado was a taco salad shell with some type of meat that was swimming in liquid and... More

If you are looking for good Mexican food this is the place. Not the cleanest environment, but it will do. The staff is somewhat helpful and the food selection is just like that of the Anchorage locations.

For being up here a year and some change, figured I needed to try this place out. Went on a Saturday night, about 8:45, and it wasn't busy whatsoever, which is good in my book. The bill was surprisingly low, considering we ordered 3 full meals, 4 sodas, and an assortment of other food and drink items. They love spinach... More

We went here twice so far and it was good food and service. First time i had a veggie burrito which was very tasty. It was huge and came with rice and beans. I have to say i am not a big fan of the rice, its very try and seems it has been sitting in the kitchen for a... More

I usually order the Queen Tostado or No Name with a side of pico de gallo. The enchiladas are coated with a bland brown sauce, I would prefer red. Friends rave about the fajitas and salads. Chips are fresh and complimentary. Many choices and substitutions are not an issue. Service is always outstanding.

I was here as part of a Road Scholar group; otherwise I don't usually chose Mexican food. The service was a little slow, but we were a group of 25 seated in an upstairs banquet room. I had the cheese enchiladas which were delicious. We were especially happy with the senior menu that afforded us small portions which were quite... More
