This restaurant is small, and as you enter, you climb some stairs. Wait staff took our order while we were in line, and then we paid for the order once we reached the counter. It was very busy, right at noon, and we thought they did a good job handling the crowd. We easily found a table, and enjoyed our... More

I really wanted to like this place, as the food was great, and the fudge is the best I've ever tasted, but the service ruined it for us ... twice. On our first visit, we had soup which was full of big chunks of vegetables - really tasty but not that hot. Although the place was not full, the staff... More

This may be the best fudge shop in Fairbanks but over all we were not impressed. The selections were limited and a little unusual.

We were staying at the Marriott Springhill Suites adjacent to the Fudge Pot. Just by chance we stopped in here for lunch and it was great! It's a tiny place so we were lucky to get a table. All the food is fresh made with homemade bread, etc. The service was quick and the three young ladies were very pleasant.... More

Besides their tasty fudge, they make a great hot chocolate and offer pastries, too. They also have a small gift shop with Alaskan trinkets.

I just came back from The Fudge Pot and can't wait to share my review. I loved the cheddar cauliflower soup. It was creamy and delicious. The wild Alaskan blueberries ice cream was so good I ate the whole cup. The blueberries chocolate fudge is incredibly good. Just the right amount of sweetness. I'm going for more before going back... Blueberry Chocolate Fudge! Cranberry Chocolate Fudge! Mint! Espresso! All delicious! Oh... and the sandwiches are pretty good too. Will I still get Christmas presents if I say I like the fudge here better than Santa's House in North Pole?

The Fudge Pot in downtown Fairbanks, Alaska was a pleasant dining surprise, While known for their homemade fudge, it is very good and creamy, this small shop also serves up great sandwiches on their small soup and sandwich menu. I enjoyed the generous ham and provolone on marble rye, topped with tomato, lettuce and mayo and my wife raved about... More

Stopped in For a quick lunch with the family. We were warmly greeted. People were nice. Sandwiches were all very good. A little expensive like the rest of Alaska, but worth it. I would return if I had the opportunity.

We were staying in a nearby hotel and we came across the Fudge Pot. We fancied a light lunch and the soup and sandwich combo did not disappoint. That was after the staff managed to get our order right and once we left we remembered that they still left something off the order. They had been very busy so based... More
