you pay a hefty price. EVerything is fresh but you are paying top doller and it is not a top doller place.

Best sushi in town, but you do pay for the quality. Ajimi cost more than other sushi places in town, but as they say, you get what you pay for. You have to try out the avocado igloo while you are there. Great place to go with friends and order a variety of rolls.

Fish is deliciously fresh and beautifully presented. Impressive variety for Fairbanks. Comfortable atmosphere and interesting, appropriate decor. The servers were most attentive and the prices were reasonable. Can happily add this place to my list of favorites.

The atmosphere was really nice. My husband took me here because he knows I love sushi. The sushi here was fresh, the service was great and we really enjoyed ourselves. Its a winner in my book..

My wife and I love this place. This is the only restaurant in Fairbanks to which we consistently returned. My wife is a sushi connoisseur and even she was impressed. All their rolls are awesome. If you're looking for some Japanese cuisine, definitely check out Ajimi.

Customer service is rare to find in Alaska. That is why we were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Probably one of the best customer service I've had. Also, the sushi was amazing. They even gave us free quality chopsticks! Atmosphere was really nice too.

Ajimi translated, means "experience the taste". Try the Snow Emperor, and you will get the idea. I am totally addicted to this dish, and it is not only delicious, but beautiful to look at. The staff is always very courteous and friendly and the place has a nice, clean atmosphere. It's definitely a breath of fresh air in dining!

Usually at sushi places there is a decent number or rolls that are not fried, slathered in mayo, and rolled with cream cheese. There are a few of those at Ajimi but they are hard to find. Pretty good sushi, but not great.

The sushi at Ajimi is by far the best I've ever had! It's on the pricey side (isn't everything in Alaska?) but totally worth it. I've gone to several more sushi reastaurants trying to find combinations like the ones they have here and none can compare. We were immediately greeted with hot cloths, tea and potatoes and didn't wait long... More
