Love It, I'll Be Back!

I'm not an expert on Japanese cuisine, but this place is great. I have only been there with small groups or family, but I sure have enjoyed the food every time. Hope this place stays open for a long time : )

Great menu variety to include specialty rolls, deep fried rolls and other Asian favorites. Great service, reasonable prices. Definitely will go again!

Being a sushi fan from a suburb of New York City, I had assumed that I had been to some of the best Asian restaurants. On a visit to Fairbanks I was brought to Ajimi and was absolutely blown away.We had the "Spicy Big Bowl" which was a combination of assorted raw fish, greens, and a delicately flavored white rice. The service... More

The kids loved the hibachi chef. The staff were very freindly and great with the kids. We had lots of fun and the food was really good.

As several sushi places are now in Fairbanks, Ajimi has lost its luster over the past year. Sushi was not as fresh and sushi rolls were not rolled as tight and consistent as they should be. The service was great, and owner/manager was very friendly and kind. We did notice they were not as busy as they have been when... More

After a long day sushi sounded good this place did not disappoint. Service was great and even the people that didn't get sushi had great food!

you pay a hefty price. EVerything is fresh but you are paying top doller and it is not a top doller place.

Best sushi in town, but you do pay for the quality. Ajimi cost more than other sushi places in town, but as they say, you get what you pay for. You have to try out the avocado igloo while you are there. Great place to go with friends and order a variety of rolls.

Fish is deliciously fresh and beautifully presented. Impressive variety for Fairbanks. Comfortable atmosphere and interesting, appropriate decor. The servers were most attentive and the prices were reasonable. Can happily add this place to my list of favorites.

The atmosphere was really nice. My husband took me here because he knows I love sushi. The sushi here was fresh, the service was great and we really enjoyed ourselves. Its a winner in my book..
