Meals at this restaurant were very good. Meals in Alaska are expensive and the Pump House is no different. The staff were friendly and very efficient and the meal was cooked to order. I would recommend this restaurant to all.

Our party of 5 went out for a nice dinner our last night being in AK. Atmosphere was really cool in both the dining room and the bar. Our waiter was very nice and had a good personality, unfortunately I don't remember his name.... I had the grilled salmon that was caught that day, it was very good. I also... More

We had a nice business dinner here one night and tried the HUGE seafood sampler for four and had enough fresh food from that to easily feed six! All of the dinners were so good, especially the seafood risotto. We loved it so much that we went back for Sunday Champagne brunch!

Cute place and people truly rave about this place yet I'm not sure why. Over priced and we weren't impressed with the food. Service was good though.

Great service, food to die for little bit out if the way but easily accessible by car or shuttle. Had seafood chowder and hallibut baked and both delicious.

All 3 of us had great meals. My shrimp scampi was to die for. Split 2 desserts, which was 2 more than we had planned to! YUM YUM Great service and drinks too.

My 19 yr. old granddaugher and I arrived in Fairbanks, after traveling from the east coast, tired and hungry. We found our way to the Pump House for dinner and are truly glad we did. The food was wonderful, their special that night was King salmon (which were just beginning to appear in the rivers for the season) and it... More

This restaurant is overpriced (even for Alaska) for the quality of the food. We had planned a nice celebration dinner for our last night in Alaska. My wife had Salmon (previously frozen) and I had the Elk meatloaf. The food was average, the price high. We had much better meals at other restaurants. The atmosphere is nice, but overall we... More

Wanted to have halibut again before leaving Alaska...the grilled version was great, the miso version wasn't our favorite. Nice salad to share between us. Very pretty location. Variety of bread would be nice. Very expensive, we thought, for what you get, but Alaska is known to be higher than the lower 48. Staff was very nice.

My wife and I went to the Pump House for dinner last week and we had planned on spending some time in the bar area after dinner. We like playing pool on their pool tables and when I went to light up a cigar I was told that their "cigar bar" had turned into a "cigarette bar". I was told... More
