The baristas know what they are doing and the offered pastries, sandwiches and salads are terrific. Great spot in Old Town.

If something isn't on the menu, they will work with you to concoct a drink that meets for quirks or needs. :) Always a clean, well-lighted place :) Hemingway may very well have found it the perfect place to write. I'll be back.

The epitome of a "local" coffee house and perfectly located in the heart of Old Town Fredericksburg. Good coffee served beautifully, yummy snacks and light meals, cozy atmosphere with fun outside seating and dog-friendly. I go a couple of times each week just for the vibe.

This is a great spot to hangout with a cup of coffee or other treat. The building itself is historic and presents interesting options for both indoor and outdoor seating. I'm a coffee snob and the quality doesn't quite stack up to my tastes, but it's still good.

The coffee was good but the line to get the coffee really wasn't worth the wait. The scone from Eileen's bakery was very very good! The service was good.

Had a good variety of drinks. The barista was not very friendly so it put a sour taste in my mouth. I would go there if I was in the area but not a place to go out of the way for. I'm not a Starbucks person and I appreciate a good drink, just not here.

After walking around Fredericksburg for several hours we found ourselves at Hyperion...it is a very unique place with a great corner location...an eclectic kind of place with all the smells of a great coffee, rolls and I really liked the outside seating. Nice staff as well!!!

This little coffee shop is full of charm. It's in historic downtown which increases it's charm. Great coffee and pasty choices too. Love coming here when I'm in Fredericksburg!

Fortunately, I like coffee flavored milk; those that don't should order a double shot or get a cappuccino, as the espresso is pretty weak, even by my standards. Tasty, though.

Dropped into this place for a mid-afternoon coffee after walking about downtown Fredericksburg for hours . . . excellent selection of coffee types and efficient service. Didn't eat the food but it looked yummy. Outdoor or indoor seating - and kid-friendly as well. Better than a Starbucks, that's for sure!
