The specials were good. We really enjoyed the fried green tomatos and the Cuban sandwich. However were less impressed with th dumplings and grandmas loaded potato soup.

Very disappointed with the service. It took over an hour to get our food and the potatoes and steak we ordered were cold. At no point did the Manager come to our table to apologize. The server even avoided the table because I suspect she was embarrassed by the delay. This was breakfast by the way. The easiest meal to... More

We stopped here before a 2-hour drive home. What a cute place! Hot tea on a cold, damp windy day was very comforting. The staff was very friendly and helpful, too. Will definitely go again when in next in town.

We frequent Amy's on weekends for their wonderful breakfasts. (The old - but recently partially renovated buliding Amy's is in reminds us of a typical/genuine British Pub.) Fresh ingredients make for a variety of well-prepared omelets; their Belgian Waffles and Crab Cake Benedict (a signature dish, I believe) are also excellent. We have found the staff to be friendly and... More

I won this buffet for breakfast from a group on Facebook. Everyone was kind and the food was good. I recommend this place.

My wife and I had breakfast at Amy's Café last Sunday morning. We actually ran across it by accident, just out for a drive that morning. Nothing fancy, but the food was great and the service was excellent. The next time we are in the area we will be back at Amy's Café.

Visited Amy's Cafe last week. They were offering Chicken and Dumplings as one of the day's specials. It was delicious. Endulged in the Lemon Berry Marscapone Cake. Another winner. The menu had many other interesting options that looked good. Baby back ribs, french dip sandwiches, pulled pork sandwich. A return trip is definitely in my future. The service was pretty... More

This is a great place to eat lunch if you need to eat quickly and get moving. The service is phenomenal. The food was pretty good and the price was decent as well. It's right in the heart of Fredericksburg so leaving the battlefield for lunch and then returning is do-able.

My family and I have been wanting to try Amy's Cafe and finally decided to give it a try for lunch. The place is cozy with a nice atmosphere and it seemed like a band was getting ready to play though we did not hear them play. The waitress was friendly but the food was awful! I ordered a veggie...
