Has a Nice Charm

We've eaten here a couple times now, and I have to say that we definitely did not experience any issues with poor service like others had referenced. In fact, quite the opposite - I've found the service to be excellent! I always wind up getting a burger when I go, and even their regular patty is... read more

We love Amy's. It is a quaint little restaurant on the river's edge. We have visited Amy's many times and have never had a bad meal. I try to order something different each time. Breakfast is outstanding and very well priced. Dinner is just as good and offers a variety of items. I believe they do have live entertainment on... More

Amy's has had some ups and downs over the years but recently seem to have gotten their act together. I enjoy going there for a sandwich or light meal. I have occasionally taken business guests there for lunch as well. Their menu has a good line of sandwiches. I usually stick with the Club, which is large and tasty. My... More

I love the charm of this restaurant. It's located near the river and has a nice shabby chic feeling with the high ceilings. I'm looking forward to enjoying outside deck soon. The restaurant appears to cater to the motorcyclist, but I have seen many families here too. We've have eaten here a couple of times for breakfast. My husband said... More

Recently met some friends here for lunch. We met at noon and the place was practically empty. Our server was friendly and attentive. She was helpful when I asked her to decide what to order. She encouraged me to choose the Chicken & Dumplings which was starred on the menu as a specialty. Maybe my expectations were too high since... More

Food was quite nice. Crab soup was especially tasty, but potato soup ordinary. Reuben sandwich was good. We did not enjoy a large table of cackling ladies who laughed much too loudly and stayed much too long. Yes, we did move to a table in the adjoining room as far away as we could get. The other negative was the... More

I took my son for breakfast. We waited too long for our server to greet us at our table. Then waited longer for the food. The food was gross and cold. I will never go back there.

Cute decor and quite. the service was slow thru the entire visit. I had the pancake stack and they had a very glue like consistency, had to do lots of chewing. Others in the party had an omelet and steak and eggs and they gave their entrée about 3.5 stars out of 5.

The specials were good. We really enjoyed the fried green tomatos and the Cuban sandwich. However were less impressed with th dumplings and grandmas loaded potato soup.
