Stopped by here on Trip Advisor suggestion. All food was great. Had the fried dumplings as an appetizer, chicken dol sot bi bim bap, beef bulgogi and spicy pork. If you've never had Korean, this is a great place to try. They offer free kimchi etc samples with the meal. Service was ok, atmosphere is not so impressive, but the... More

Our Korean daughter from Tennessee visited with her family last week and we looked for a good Korean restaurant in Fredericksburg. Based on Trip Advisor reviews we selected Choi's Korean Kitchen and were not disappointed. The food was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. We also had great service. My wife and I had spent a month in Korea... More

I was looking for an Asian restaurant to eat at when driving through the area. What a great find and really good food. If you like Korean food, this is a must try. I'll be coming back every few weeks when traveling through the area.

Choi's Korean Kitchen has amazing food and staff. We were looking for an asian restaurant in Fredricksburg near I-95. We decided to try it. It is a small restaurant. The food was very, very good and flavorful. The staff was very personable and we loved talking to them. The owner was there and was cooking the tasty dishes. She is... More

I was staying three nights in a Central Park, Fredericksburg hotel, just off I-95. I was surrounded by the ever-present chain restaurants and fast food places and was desperate to find something different near the hotel. While slowly searching through various shopping centers, I could not believe my eyes - a Vietnamese restaurant next to a Korean one. I chose... More

I was surprised when I saw that there was a Korean restaurant in Fredericksburg. I am so glad we went in and tried it. The friendly smiling staff great food and great service made it such an enjoyable experience that we will definitely be back. This is not your run of the mill Asian carry out. You can taste the... Fredericksburg is a half way point for our family so we depend on reviews from previous customers. They were spot on! We had eight people in our party and each dish that was served was cooked perfectly. The Korean Short ribs were so good you just had to suck on the bones. Every condiment was was delicious, and, yes, the... More

Beautiful food, great ingredients, fresh, healthy, and fun environment. Enjoy the owner's company and try the spicy pork or ox tail soup. You can't go wrong.

I did not expect to find Korean food that matched the experiences I had in Korea anywhere in Fredericksburg, VA (short of maybe someone's home). This is what Choi's has done, allowed me to enter the kitchen of any Korean home cook... only better. From the moment you enter you are welcomed into the restaurant. It is pleasant enough inside... This place is a hidden gem. Who'd thunk a strip mall joint could serve such authentic Korean food. The yardstick in Korean food is squid and kalbi, two toughest dishes to cook just right. This place has the best squid. Squid is very finicky to cook, its very easy to under cook it, then it becomes chewy and rubbery, and... More
