Great Coffee in Brookline!

Peet's is the best coffee! We are just regular brew fans. The Brookline store is centrally located on Harvard St and has quick service!

No one in their right mind would go to Starbucks in any of its Brookline locations if they can get to Peets in Coolidge Corner or Chestnut Hill. The coffee at Peets is fresh, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the pastry is fresh, the room is clean and spacious. I wish there were a few more Peets in downtown... More

I like the coffee much better than Starbucks'; pastries are okay but nothing special. The atmosphere here is really pleasant.

Great service, great coffee. Had a sample of a new brew they had on the counter. Very strong flavor. For those who like that kind of java, it was good!

Good coffee and friendly service. Amazing that they survive only several doors away from a Starbucks.

This Peet's seems similar to Starbucks in that it serves delicious, albeit expensive, coffees and teas. It's a pleasant, and very central location, and a great place for a refreshment. But the beef I have with this places has nothing to do with the places themselves. It's with the customers, who occupy prizes seats for hours. So customers who actually... More

I was visiting from Seattle so I've had my share of coffee. Starbucks, Pavement, Dunkin Donuts, boutiques, they're all over Boston but Peets is still the best place to grab an unpretentious and most excellent cup of joe. Friendly service, free wireless, great coffee.

Peet's Coffee is located in a great location in Coolidge Corner so great for people watching if you get one of the window seats. Their menu provides great variety for coffee, desserts, and even snacks for little ones. There is a good amount of space to sit and relax or do work and the staff is very friendly.

If you rather like Starbucks, but prefer to give your business to smaller companies, this is your choice in Coolidge Corner. Peet's is about 50 m North from Starbucks, on Harvard Street. No difference, or almost none, in products and service. Just smaller and more personal. If you think that way.
