I went to the Upper Crust in Brookline this evening for a quick bite before seeing a film. I had read so many great reviews and was really looking forward to experiencing it myself. The pizza is delicious, but the crust is very tough. Why is it so tough? Do certain people like it tough? Did the owners buy the wrong ovens? Do they not even taste their own pizza? It's a mystery. more
