We at Paris Creperie have a passion for crepes. Years ago, when owner Chuck Silverston was vacationing in Paris, he got his first taste of a world famous street food. He found something uniquely special in the grand ambience of one of the world's oldest cities. Simple yet traditional ingredients combined in a fresh crepe spun by a street vendor created a new experience that he knew would be a big hit across the ocean. 10 Years have passed since then, and Paris Creperie has become a mainstay in Brookline's historic Coolidge Corner. Amidst the backwash of a bustling business community, anyone can escape for a moment to our quaint cafe to enjoy a small taste of France, a terrific cup of coffee, or our ever popular smoothie selection. We've since brought Paris to countless parties, offices, and events with our catering service - delivering delicious food and a unique experience. Our newest adventure is the creation of New England's first crepe truck, aptly titled "La Tour Eiffel." Meet the Business Owner Chuck S. Chuck S. Business Owner A passion for delicious food, great coffee, and a warm, family-friendly service culture drove entrepreneur Chuck Silverston to create the Coolidge Corner institution that is Paris Creperie 10 years ago. Long-time Brookline residents, Chuck and his family are a familiar sight in town and are involved in numerous charitable organizations that give back to the community that we love to serve. A family business to the core, you can stop by between noon and 2 to say hello to Jay Silverston (Chuck's father) at the register. He'd be happy to recommend his favorites - our ever popular Lilli's crepe, named after Chuck's daughter, is sure to be among them. Chuck is also an owner of Prudential Unlimited Realty in Coolidge Corner.

First found this little hole in the wall in Brookline by mistake a few years ago on a hot summer night when their a/c was broken. Despite that, the food was excellent and we have returned almost every time we are in Boston. There is a selection of savory and sweet crepes with the option to build your own. While... More

Having been here multiple times, it is clear that the crepes are better prepared and taste more balanced when there are less customers in the establishment. My last visit took quite a while to be ready, and their signature lox and cream cheese crepe was overcooked, not evenly distributed over the entire portion, and really a big disappointment. - Haven't... I have no had any crepes for decades, it's so prototypical French that eating them anywhere else appears almost blasphemous. They have sweet and savory crepes. We only tried the savory kind ("Napoleon") and they were amazing! The crepe was basil infused and contained fontina cheese, prosciutto, and onion. It's a winning combination, with the prosciutto providing some saltiness and... More

The best word is YUM but unfortunately this has a 50 character requirement. The savory crepes are the best! Go here!

Super tasty crepe. I had the Gorgonyolo crepe and it exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend this place if you want a tasty crepe. I would definitely, and hope to, go again. Affordable too.

We enjoyed our crepes very much, but the restaurant is quite small and loud when full. Next time, we will order our crepes to go.

We were in the mood for fresh soft buttery crepes on a Wednesday night. What we got were hard and crunchy crepes. Rather tasteless. Very disappointing.

I love the Paris Creperie and get a Groupon whenever I can find one! They have the best nutella and strawberry crepes and they taste just like the crepes in Paris. They also have frozen nutella hot chocolate among other nutella hot chocolate options, like mint and raspberry. Seating is definitely hard to find if you go on a weekend... More

Well, it could always be worse. Actually it wasn't that bad, but it wasn't anywhere close to stellar either. First of all, awful, awful service!!!! On a relatively quiet Tuesday night, only 2 tables with 6 customers total, Monsieur Waiter Dude couldn't handle it, and he even had help with at least two other bodies I could see working behind... Decent crepes and fast service but the place is total chaos. We were there late on a Saturday morning and we were very lucky to have room to wait in line to place an order, let alone find a table after we got our food. It is hard to believe that this place this busy has been getting by with... More

Hello and thanks for visiting us! Allow me to respond to your thought that the way in which we run it is not optimized. We do indeed get a bit crowded at peak times, and we're slated to expand the moment space becomes available next to us in our building. In the meantime however, we absolutely feel that the current...
