Must be a local favorite. Wish we were local!

Dinner reservations on another snowy night in Boston. So glad we made it. Although I understand there was an article written (Admittedly, I didn't see it) quoting Tom Brady of the Patriots saying that the bolognese was his favorite, I'm afraid he got it wrong. Sorry Tom. Yes, the bolognese was... read more

Although I understand there was an article written (Admittedly, I didn't see it) quoting Tom Brady of the Patriots saying that the bolognese was his favorite, I'm afraid he got it wrong. Sorry Tom. Yes, the bolognese was good, but the Gnocci was so much better. In... More

My honey made reservations for Valentines Day taking advantage of their special menu.We arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation. The hostess let us know our table would be ready in 15 minutes, handed us a wine list and cocktail menu, and showed us upstairs to a comfortable waiting area. I don't know why she gave us the drnk menus... More

We love the fixed price full dinners. My spouse and I like to share, so we usually each order different things and then trade plates. Lots of great food at reasonable price.

Four of us had dinner last evening for my birthday. When we arrived our reservation was acknowledged and we were seated upstairs quickly. Once there we realized that not only was it drafty, it was COLD! The waitress agreed and said the manager had just decided to turn up the heat. (And it did warm up satisfactorily and promptly.) Two... More

We had a team meal here and everything was perfect! Food and service were amazing, but parking is challenging (as is parking ANYWHERE in Boston suburbs)!

Went there for dinner the day after Thanksgiving without a reservation. Bad move, as I guess everyone else was tired of cooking. Got to sit at the bar though, which was more than fine. We all had half dishes. I tried the Bolognese as I had heard it had been highly acclaimed in a review. Also my wife makes a... More

The service and food were impeccable and would love to return time and time again! Agreed parking can be a challenge, but we lucked out. We were greeted warmly and were served amazing cocktails as we were waiting for our table. We started with fried sage leave with anchovy and it was a perfect balance of flavors, very unique. Then... There is very little parking available as there are just a few spaces on the street. The other alternative is a lot with an attendant and a charge to park. The ambience of the restaurant is very nice. There were four guests in my party - two had the Bolognese, one had the pasta with lobster and turnips, and I... More

LaMorra is our go-to special occasion (or any occasion!) restaurant. The food is inspired by Josh and Jen's trips to Italy. When I saw "celery salad" on the menu I simultaneously thought "really? CELERY SALAD?" and "I have to try that". I expected it to be interesting and a bit tiresome after a few bites. Instead I gobbled it up... More

We used Tripadvisor to find a good place to eat dinner in walking distance from EnVision Hotel... Only a ten minute walk away, we were not disappointed. Firm, fresh flavorful pasta, pesto laden bluefish, and many choices for small plates. Would be a great place to share food and wine with friends.
