You have to go...

They are soooo good that even the egg salad sandwich special on white bread is to die for. 1001 Roast beef is wonderful. Look for their "specials" very day, some of them are killer. I love their Italian sandwich and I advise to get it pressed. The heat brings out all the goodness of the meat and... read more

Grilled cheese can be so boring. But not here! Delicious! And so very much appreciated since I don't eat red meat, and this place is know for their devious meat sandwiches. Not your average deli, oh no! A must visit spot for breakfast or lunch or to go. First come first to eat at the tables. Fast turn over (the... More

Been wanting to try this place for a long time. The tiny spot is expanding as it's taking over the space to the left (as you enter). The specialty sandwiches seem to be the way to go. Had the Roast Beef 1000 which was excellent. Expected more from the ham and cheese... was a typical nondescript ham and cheese sandwich...... More

Their offerings, all sandwiches, are very creative but we've gone for the Saturday-only pork rabe and pork fennel sandwiches, and they are worth waiting in line for. I prefer the pork fennel sandwich because there is a nice contrast between the subtle pork flavor and the sweetness of the fennel. The limeade goes well with both -- refreshing and not... More

Even if you aren't near Brookline Village, make a detour to check out Cuttys. They use local products and cook seasonally (go for the blt with heirloom tomatoes in July) but also have regular items like the spuckies topped with olive-carrot salad or the roast beef on brioche with crispy shallots and sharp cheddar. One Sunday a month you can... More

My boyfriend and I saw Cutty's on Diners Drive in and Dives. He got the pork Fennel and I got the pork rabe. His had so much fennel on it that the pork was overwhelmed by the flavor. I like broccoli rabe but the way it was cooked made it super bitter which ruined the taste of the pork which... More

In town and my daughter mentioned this place for breakfast. Had the chorizo egg breakfast sandwich. Excellent. Lots of great flavor, bread was fantastic. Small place ... Hole in the wall. Worth stopping by. Definitely recommend. Very nice location. Nice service.

I've been trying sandwich joints all around Boston, nothing touched this pork and fennel sandwich ( only served on Saturday). Pork was juicy fennel was thick and packed the perfect amount of acidity. And the sesame bun was toasty, chewy, and delicious. What ever religion you believe in or belong too convert to cuttys and "praise the pork and fennel".... More

Simply put, Cutty's is fantastic. In the mornings, their breakfast sandwiches hit the spot- and their coffee is good, too. And for lunch, their various other sandwiches are consistently amazing. The greens bacon is a favorite of mine. The staff has always been professional and friendly every time I've been. I also particularly enjoy that they list the sources of... More

I've been wanting to visit since seeing this restaurant on Triple D in 2012. I finally made it here, after three years, and I was not disappointed. I came with my father, and we ordered the Ham Dijon and the Ham Pimento, chips, and a brown sugar cookie. I loved everything. I typically do not like sandwich shops because most... More
