Always wonderful dining here. Chef specials are always wonderful. Dessert are exceptional. Beef dishes are well thought. Menu is usually full of choices and entrees are imaginative.

I've dined in a party of two, and a party of 10- always get great service and the bison steak was great. Fish and Chips are always a favorite.

Stay with the specials. Wine pairings are well chosen and nicely matched. The bison was tender and tasty with a nice BBQ flavor. Grilled halibut was also a good choice. Asparagus undercooked and not well cleaned. Dessert was a good finish. Apple pie and/ or chocolate lava cake. Nice to have a good meal attached to the hotel. Convenient

Most restaurants attached to hotels are mediocre at best but not Gray's. I dine here pretty often because I stay at the hotel on my business trip. They do not have an extensive menu which may be the reason the food is good they can concentrate on the simple menu. Steaks are flavorful. You will not be disappointed in your... More

I stayed for a week at the hotel attached to this restaurant. I had breakfast there every day and there was a lot of options including a lot of healthy choices that were still satisfying and delicious (yogurt parfait was the best!) of course they had many 'full breakfast' options too. Went for dinner one night and atmosphere was very... More

Took some co-workers here for lunch based on their recommendation. As others have noted this is a typical hotel restaurant, but I would say that the food was Very Good and service Very Good as well. I had the hummus plate and grilled chicken Caesar salad, both very good. Co-workers each stated that their meals were Very Good and they... More

The food that was served was tasty and the portions very generous but I thought that pricing was higher than a comparable off site, similar place might have been. Also, the selections were limited.

A typical restaurant in a hotel; the food is pretty good but pricing could be more reasonable - especially breakfast pricing. Lunch and dinner pricing are more reasonable

We decided to have our Valentine's dinner here, and we're so glad we did! Easy valet parking, romantic ambience, friendly greeting. We were shown to a spacious booth, and Melanie was our excellent server. Food was AMAZING! We both ordered steaks (different kinds so we could sample each other's of course!) and we agreed that they were the best steaks... More

Likes: The flavors of both dishes blended perfectly! Savored each bite slowly and was surprisingly stuffed with these starter dishes! Dislike: Prices were on the higher side. For a better deal, go for Happy Hour!
