Worst Mexican food wver

I have never had a worse median themed meal. The service was fine but the food tasted old and not well prepared

I don't usually wright reviews but this absolutely the worst Mexican food and service we have ever had!! My family and I were in the neighborhood seeing some historic sights and decided to eat here. We were the only ones in the restaurant which should of told us something. Regardless we stayed, we were seated and given chips, salsa, water... More

We love Mexican food, so we thought we would give it a try. Got there about 12:30 for lunch and there was only two other people in the place. The booth seat was severely lacking in springs and needed replaced or repaired. I heard the couple behind us complain about about the taste of the water saying it "tasted like... More

This should be a 2 star rating for some of the things we experienced, but I give it a 3 star because the kitchen is trying to do a good job despite the rest of the operation. Dinner with friends on a Sunday at 5pm - a few people were dining but the restaurant was mostly empty. A short woman... More

Good mexican food, spicy salsa. Very economical. Not much on atmosphere, great parking and easy to get to in downtown Vancouver.

I didn't find anything special about this place to set it aside from any other typical Mexican restaurant. The building itself is old and the parking lot, entrance, and inside are in need of some renovation. They are kind of dingy looking. It was pretty quiet on a Monday night which is typical for the area but it was only... More

We were hoping for a good plate of Mexican food and were sadly disappointed. The food wasn't very good and the salsa was pretty weak in the knees. The chips tasted like they were cooked in rancid grease. We don't plan on eating here ever again.

El Presidente was very average. The overall decor is dated and it has a bit of an unkempt look to it. The food is pretty standard for a mexican restaurant....nothing to set it apart from others. The wait staff seem very upbeat and pleasant.
