Great Hawaiian food, nice atmosphere

Since my husband's family is from the Islands, we often crave the good foods we experience when we visit there. If you are a fan of Hawaiian food, Tommy O's is the place to go. Our favorite is the Kahlua pork, which is served with either white or brown rice, tomato/cucumber salad, or macaroni... read more

Went with my husband and a friend and had dinner in the bar. Very attentive waitress and the food was great! Our friend had never been and he enjoyed his meal as well. Love the relaxed atmosphere yet they do their job professionally. I had a view of the sushi station and will try that when I go back!

this is a nice Hawaiian restaurant and bar. I really like their loco moco and you can also get SPAM (yum). There is a sushi menu, which I believe is the only one in downtown Vancouver. Worth the visit.

For us this is a local restaurant and a very good one. I've recommended it to out-of-town friends and the reports I get are all good. Happy hour is a delight here with lots of items and drinks available at very reasonable prices. The menu is broad featuring fish and seafood with many dishes having a slightly Hawaiian flair and... Dropped in on a Saturday evening and found a table in the lounge. The dining area was packed, and so was the lounge when we first arrived, but a table cleared shortly and we grabbed it. Service was slow, but they were busy, and the staff friendly while hustling around the room. We ordered the pupu plate of 3 appetizers... More

I haven't been back to Tommy O's in a few years since I moved to Oregon. Went for breakfast with my husband and enjoyed Huevos Rancheros as I had years ago. I don't remember the tortillas being fried before, but it was so delicious! It was nice to visit again.

Went for dinner and ordered a tuna special that was spectacular all the way around, including the accompaniments. Tommy O's is a great place to go for date night, for dinner. They also have a fabulous happy hour in the bar for friends on Sunday, with a delicious assortment of food items.

LOVE Tommy-O's!! Casual and intimate setting with fabulous food, conveniently located in the central hub of Vancouver's bustling downtown area. Great place for lunch after a delightful day of strolling through the colorful Vancouver Marketplace at Esther Short Park! Highly recommended...all my guests have loved it and ask to return with each subsequent visit to Vancouver!
