I've been to this McMennamins before, and thought the food and atmosphere were just fine. Tonight, my inlaws arrived at 5 pm to reserve a table for 10. We waited til 6, when another large party that came in a half hour after us was seated at the large table we'd been waiting for. Staff was unapologetic, and we left... More

The view of the Columbia River makes this a place to visit often. The food is good, the service is great and the beer is not bad! Everything on Nitro are my favorites. And the total atmosphere is very unique and special, any time of year but especially the summer. Worth a try if you haven't yet.

Yes, yes, I know Beaches is right next door, but it's noisy and often crowded, especially at lunch time. Just go next door to McMenamin's. They have a menu with a lot of unique things on it, not just the same old stuff you find at Red Robin. The staff is friendly, and the view of the Columbia is outstanding.

Great if you have kids. With the view and the attention given to teh kids this a fun family place to be. Good food, avoid the Fish and Chips. They offer better food.

We eat here often. Great water views + Great service + Consistently good food. = perfect ingredients to enjoy a lunch or dinner here on the river.

We are big fans of mcmenamins and can only guess they must have been having an off night this time. It was the sunday after thanksgiving so there were lots of folks out. We had a long wait to get a table. Service was rushed as they seemed under-staffed. Each step of the dinner process was slow and when my... More

Pork slider, brussels sprouts, and cajun tots. All on happy hour menu and big enough portions...it was all I needed. Many other happy hour items I wanted to try.

I had a buddy visiting from Australia, so we visited McMenamin's on the Columbia for an evening dinner at their bar last Saturday night. We are both big fans of fish & chips. The service was good. The fish & chips were not. The batter was a 1/4-inch thick, hardened shell (or so it seemed) that was dark brown and... More

We had guests in town and decided to take for a tour. We stopped at Mcmenamins on the Columbia for lunch. They were very busy, but seated us within 15 minutes. There were four of us and everyone had a great meal. It was basic lunch fare done very well. We've been there many times and visitors always enjoy it..
