This was my second time at the Brickhouse, my co-workers family owns it. I had the BLT wrap in a spinach tortillla, and it was better than a BLT on bread. My son had a cilantro lime chicken wrap. Both servings were more than we could eat, and they both were awesome. I am a BLT fan and the BLT... More

From the outside it isn't really appealing and even after you walk in you might have second thoughts, BUT the food was great, not real greasy. The onion rings were excellent. I would have second thoughts on getting the wings, they had the feel of not being 'done'. Service was friendly but not very quick, we got our appetizer wings... More

If you're in downtown Vancouver and looking for a spot to check out go to Brickhouse, you won't be disappointed. With a nice spread of food choices and the typical fried goodness that any bar and grill offers, Brickhouse won't disappoint. What makes this bar a jewel in the rough and a favorite neighborhood bar is the live music that... More

Ordered the basic burger; Asked for NO cheese. When the order showed up it had Swiss cheese and bacon and tasted like it was actually the "Bison Burger" and cooked nearly to a crisp at that. "Oh Miss, I think you gave me someone else's..." Wait...where'd she go? Our server vanished not to be seen again until we were finished... More

Our food was cold, came piecemeal, wrong food delivered. When we complained politely to the blond woman server, she got snotty, rude , and stomped off. Don't know if we,all go back, largel due to her belligerent behavior. This woman has n o business working a customer service job. The food is usually good, too bad the server had to ruin the... More

Just happen to be in downtown Vancouver at lunch time and had never been to the Brickhouse before so decided to have lunch there. What a mistake! My husband and I both had salads and they were very good. However, the service overshadowed the great meal. It was not crowded yet it took forever to get waited on. Once we... More

Stopped in prior to reading any reviews. Décor/setting was decent, typical eclectic mash up. Service rather slow during happy hour, food was ok, drinks on the weak side. If we came in with kids, I can see coming back. There is an area for children, though not sure how often toys are cleaned!

Came on a Wednesday night for the flat iron salad. They special made my hubby a peanut butter bacon burger, which was awesome. The salad was the best steak salad I've had, with a great price and I order these anywhere I can. The service was awesome and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We're traveling for business and I... More

It was nice that it was open late. The restaurant wasn't too busy but the bar was pretty busy and understaffed. Food was decent.

Popular Friday night local tavern offers decent food with extensive appetizer options. Can be a little loud.
