Stopped for dinner here. Beautiful resturant. Waitress was very helpful with wine selections. Ordered the duck which was excellent. If you eat here expect to pay a little more but food and service is probably the best in Williston.

Good atmosphere, ambience with ok service. This is the place to go for an OVER priced meal, considering what you get! If your going to charge these prices you should deliver!! We ordered six Cosmopolitan's and each drink was a little over half full, how ridiculous! I don't mind spending the money but need to get a sense of value... More

This restaurant is a transformation from the existing Elks Club. We had been recommended to it a few times, but had not tried it. One a very highly welcomed recommendation, we did it! I cannot rave enough! The food (we ordered 3 dishes with only 2 of us) was phenomenal. We had the lobster ravioli, a fish special and a... More

The Williston is the best fine-dining in town, but be prepared to pay $40-$50 for a steak and $10+ for mixed drinks. The servers are very pleasant, but food takes about an hour to arrive once ordered.

Hard to believe I am in Williston when eating here. Rivals some of the elegant restaurants I have been to while traveling. Delicious food, fun atmosphere. Chicken tortilla soup is my new favorite dish in town. I am a regular.

The good was good but not excellent as I would expect for the prices. I was surprised that a $34+ dinner did not include a dinner salad and that the price of that was $12. It'd have to be a very special occasion to go there again especially since Williston had a large variety of places to eat.

The Eleven restaurant at The Williston gives no indication from the outside that it's as fine a restaurant as it is. As with most fine restaurants I'm sure most of the credit goes to the executive chef for the quality of the food. We enjoyed some of the finest ribeye steaks we've had anywhere. The other food items were equally... More

Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful place. Nice bar area. They did a great job decorating. But the menu needs help. Steaks are high priced. I had to complain about my filet because they over cooked, but they made me another one and it was good. The menu options are basic. The cheese stuffed ravioli with mushroom sauce is... More
