Celebrated our 42nd anniversary at Doe's this past December in conjunction with our friends in celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and New Years Eve! Shared the King filet with my husband and it is 14 ounces of pure deliciousness! So tender and juicy it nearly melts in your mouth! The menu sides are limited but you can't go wrong with the new... My husband went to this restaurant for our 31st anniversary. I had heard about it for years. It is housed in a historic business and if you get to eat in the basement (we didn't), you can see the original full arch ceiling made completely of dry stacked stones. Ask to see it if you aren't seated there. I suppose... More

My brother-in-law loves this place and recommend a double date here during Christmas week. The limited hours of operation made it challenging to contact staff but we showed up at the place 24 hours early for reservations to ensure we got the booth in the basement (Note: best seating for 4 in the place) reserved for our party. The decor... More

By far, one of the best steaks I have ever eaten! Cooked to perfection. Could make a meal out of the tamales and biscuits.

I ate at Doe's recently for the first time for a company anniversary dinner with my girlfriend. We had the grilled shrimp for an appetizer and they were very tasty. For dinner, I had the cowboy cut rib eye and she had the filet mignon. Both were cooked to perfection with a delicious crust. We also had the sauteed mushrooms... More

Does is just wonderful. The steaks are always too large, but cooked to perfection and the tamale appetizer is just out of this world. I don't even like tamales, but these are spicy, tender and the chili that can be added to them is just absolutely fabulous. The atmosphere created by the stone walls and floors of this once upon... My wife and I loved the steak and atmosphere. This is the first time I have ever seen steak served by the pound. Awesome 2lb ribeye. Can't wait to try the fillet next time we are in town.

My wife likes the food here. It's a go to place for her business dinners. I don't think it's that good. Steaks are big but just ok.

Very good rib Eye perfectly cooked that we share between two of us. Best food so far in Fort Smith. Wine a bit too hot. Overall good but pricey.

We sat outside looking to enjoy the beautiful night. After walking through such a great atmosphere inside the restaurant I was disappointed to see portable folding tables and cafeteria plates outside. The $48 steak I ordered did not taste the same on cheap dinner plates. Just make sure you eat inside and enjoy the atmosphere.
