We had all you could eat crab legs. They kept bringing hot snow crab legs as long as we ask for more. They were great! The peel & eat shrimp were cooked to perfection and the butter fly shrimp were tasty. Don't forget the chocalot cake and cinnimin roll!

Catfish Cove was our family's favorite place to enjoy catfish for many years. The catfish was fantastic! Two weeks ago, we found a very different situation. The service was good, but the catfish was terrible. The fillets were poorly cut--super thin on one end and thick on the other. The thin ends were heavily battered, over cooked and awful. The... For many years, Catfish Cove was fantastic! The catfish was truly outstanding. Our visit there two weeks ago was disappointing. The catfish fillets and other buffet items were not the quality we had grown to expect. The service was still excellent, but the buffet was poor. The catfish was unevenly cut and unevenly cooked. Most fillets were super thin on... More

Buffet is local favorite. We really enjoyed fish dish varieties. Met with relatives and staff accommodated two young children. Ice cream deserts were right on.

If you like overpriced and overcooked seafood this is the place for you! It used to be better, but now you would be better off buying your own and cooking it at home.

Had not ate there in several years. Things I took only one bite of; catfish, hushpuppies, cinnamon rolls, hot rolls, white fish, green beans, ice cream, batter dipped corn on the cob....yuck. The mashed potatoes, white gravy, plain corn on the cob, and tipulia were good. It was way over priced!! Will never go back!!!

Returned to visit Ft. Smith after many years and just had to pop into one of our favorite restaurants. The buffet was fairly pricey for lunch, $15, and the selection was the regular selection of catfish, bar-b-que, and lots of fried stuff. They even deep-fried corn on the cob in batter! Fruit cobblers were good and they brought ice cream... More

I am a big catfish fan and was looking for a good place in Fort Smith for such. This place did not deliver. Ordered from menu instead of doing the expensive buffet and got fish dinner and regular and big eater(husband). Large portions, great beans, but that is all I have good to say about it. Fish at best was... More

The catfish is the best in town. It's got lots of white fish in every piece, rather than being mostly batter like all the other catfish places. I go for the catfish. They have other items, including meats, but the catfish is what brings me there. For catfish, this is the place to go for me.

It had been a couple of years since we had eaten at Catfish Cove. After my first bite I recalled why. The food was luke warm, absolutly nothing was over a luke warm temp. The shrimp had a off taste, the hushpuppies we not cooked through, everything was fried and greasy. The price you pay for the quality of food... More
