Twelve of us went on a Saturday night and had a surprisingly short wait. The Hibachi was entertaining for those from ages 1 to 66 in our party. I had the hibachi grilled shrimp and it was delicious. We had a couple of sushi rolls and those were tasty. We had fun and some good food.

I've been  to Fuji several times, and the last time I went was by far the worst. We ordered sushi and then dessert, which was fried green tea ice cream. I was expecting a freshly fried, crispy warm outer coating on my ice cream. What I got instead was a cold and soggy-tasting old ice cream. We took one bite... More

I took three customers here for a business dinner. We had sushi appetizers, which were spectacular, and then the traditional hibachi meal. Food was well above average, service was excellent. We all enjoyed it.

My favorite meal in Fort Smith is the hibachi steak at Fuji. Love the ginger salad dressing and the sexy sauce. I don't eat sushi so I can't comment on that but there cooked food is excellent.

My husband and I have had a tradition for almost 30 years of going to eat some type of Asian food for New Year's Eve. This year, as one other previous year, we went to Fuji Japanese Steakhouse for our New Year's Eve dinner; however unlike the year before last when we went, the food was not quite as good,... More
