This is a hopping pub down town. We were there on a Thursday night and the place was packed. The food was good and reasonably priced and the beer was cheap. Wait staff was friendly and attentive.

Great variety, value, and food quality. Very good service. But beware the menu items with jalapenos. Obviously they can be left off, but the kitchen gets a bit too generous with the little green things.

Stopped in at Sharky's. They seem to be the one place in the historic uptown to have a beer on Sunday afternoon. Please note that they close at 7 PM on Sunday. That may be a Kansas thing. The place is clean and bright inside. Don't be fooled by the width of the store front. It is good sized. I... More

I ask which of the many televisions would have the game I was looking for and was quickly given several options. I chose to set at the bar. They had quite a few beers on tap and must have had... The food is fast, filling and flavoursome. Good old American fare of sliders, cow patties, yardbirds, sammies etc etc Well worth a visit if you're in the area. The speciality beef tips are cooked to perfection and there is just so much of it. Didn't manage to finish one meal in the three nights I ate in here. Obviously popular... More

Ate here three times, the staff are courteous, efficient and welcoming (and pleasing on the eye). The food was cooked fresh to order, quick, and tasty. Great value with small town hospitaility.
