Trendy Coffee in downtown Savannah

I really enjoyed my lattes at gallery expresso. Even in the to go cups they created art with foam. The crowd was a mix of college kids and old timers. If you love lattes you must stop here.

The coffee was good, but not great. The inside had a nice seating area. The desserts looked delicious! Cute coffee shop.

Interesting little place on the corner. Lots of art for sale on the walls. Students using the Internet. Cappuccino was really good. I wouldn't recommend the turkey and tomato soup but overall a pleasant experience.

I went to Gallery Espresso before a show at the Historic Savannah Theater. The theater is close enough that you can see it from the window of Gallery Espresso. We sat on a warm couch, I had a hunk of Gluten Free Raspberry Bundt cake with lemon icing. Outstanding. They have a great selection of tea and coffee. Pretty quiet... More

Just a wonderful space...a terrific throwback to what a coffee house student hangout used to be. The expresso comes from the most magnificent machine, able to dispense four different patron requests at a time. An amazing selection of baked goods, including many gluten free offerings graced the counters as patrons were about to order from a huge selection of coffee... More

Terrific view of Chippewa Square and the Oglethorpe statue from this warm and energetic café. You can sit inside by the fire in a comfy chair or sit outside on Bull Street. There is a great selection of community newspapers.

While walking through the historic district, this is a good place to stop for a coffee and a snack. There is also some nice art on display here.

Batista a bit rude...kept asking anything else, anything else? We took a little too long to decide by his standards. That rudeness aside, coffee au lait, iced cappuccinos, and latte were good. But probably not good enough to go out of my way to be barked at by the help.

My wife and I spent five days in Savannah recently and kept finding ourselves coming back to this coffeehouse over and over. It was funky yet cozy, and the selection of beverages, pastries and food was fantastic. Savannah seems to have lots of these coffeehouses and cafes (no doubt due to the large number of college students at SCAD), but... More

I would not go here for the food just buy looks of the place, not dirty but just no a place I would think of for the food, Pastires OK. Our drinks were pretty good and they placed choc. chip in my cup for the mocha latte. Little crowded so hard to relax with all the background noise. So we... More
