Great food, the sandwiches are health and plentiful. We were glad we saw the positive review on trip advisor, definitely a winner.

My mother, sister, and I stopped in at the Kayak Kafe one night after we did a ghost tour during our weekend in Savannah and I was VERY impressed. I got the small sized West Indian Trader salad with the cilantro-line vinaigrette dressing for $5 and was blown away! Not only was the amount of food perfect but the food... More

We actually ate here twice on our trip to Savannah. Great, healthy food choices. They have meat dishes but plenty of vegetarian choices as well. Service was fast and friendly. Very casual and good location just a few blocks off the tourist strip. Only negative (being nit picky) was that they pretty much shared an entrance with a gym so... More

What a delightful find! We wanted to try something away from River Street and one of the locals recommended this little gem, just minutes in walking distance from our hotel. The menu was creative and inexpensive, and our food was outstanding - fresh, flavorful, and filling. We had the shrimp panini, southwestern shrimp tacos, and lime chicken burrito. Yum! We... More

We visited their new location on Habersham and 66th last night. Both of our meals were delicious! Nice atmosphere, GREAT food, friendly service. We ate at the bar. The bartender was training a new staff member, both were amazing and made us feel very welcome! We ended up running into 3 groups of different friends coming and going who all... More

Loved the chicken jerk tacos! Very creative menu. I ate at their location off Paulsen & 66th, so plenty of parking. Fast friendly service even though it was noon & they were very busy. Will definitely return on next visit to Savannah.

Now they have two the second is not listed and I don't know how to list it.This is the third restaurant that has been in this location. The Kayak Kafe has taken over the space from the “Blue Turtle”. They haven’t done a thing to it. It still has empty walls and open ceilings and is very loud. They have... More

The shrimp and avocado was amazing. The service was quick and the attention was kind. The providing of tea to go was a nice, closing touch. Great choice for lunch!

When you're looking for vegan fare in an unfamiliar city, it's usually a crapshoot on what you find. In this case, we hit the jackpot with Kayak Kafe. Recommended by our hotel concierge, this place is in the middle of the Broughton street shops and offers several vegan/vegetarian options to their meals. They also are very accommodating at making substitutions... More

Yummy food! Not just for vegetarians! Everything we had...fresh guacamole, chicken tacos and kids meal were really good. Reasonable and clean. Very friendly and fast. The only reason it's not 5 stars is bc it shares it's location with a gym and it's a little odd to see people coming to work out while youre at lunch! :) but go... More
