It was a late lunch and restaurant was randomly picked due to its convenient location. It was packed despite the late lunch hour. It's popularity was no doubt due to the fresh and delicious food. I enjoyed a a well-made margarita and the turkey panini...both hit the spot! I also tried a bit of guacamole with pita - a different... More

I had a panini club and it was very delish. Everyone else in our party enjoyed their food as well. Close to our work location, so we decided to try it....glad we did. The other items on the menu looked appetizing. All of the ingredients were fresh as well.

Healthy, delicious, and not too expensive. A convienient location downtown for before/after exploring River Street. Great options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike!

Food made so fresh, it's like they're out back picking the veggies. I had a burrito that was full of lime marinated chicken, beans, avocado, red pepper, pico and corn salsa. NO RICE FILLER!! It was pressed and so hot when delivered to the table. Impressed.

We were so happy to discover this cafe in savannah. Despite eating at quite a few places with long appetising menus on our road trip south from New York to miami we kept being disappointed when the food actually arrived. So it was a pleasant surprise that here with a manageable but exciting menu the food was gorgeous fresh and... More

This is perfect lunch solution while walking the historic district in Savannah, and is also a nice break from the intense, heavy, southern cooking everywhere else. The Broughton Street location is always crowded, so take-out is an excellent option: one of the benches in one of Savannah's spectacular squares is the perfect place for a relaxing lunch break. We were... More

Lucky us! Kayak Kafe has opened a second location on Paulsen. The food is always so fresh and delicious with interesting twists on well known dishes. It's a little noisy and can be crowded right at lunch so I try to go a bit later but definitely worth it.

A crispy treat on Broughton Street...the heart of the shopping in Historic Savannah. A delicious healthy lunch awaits as life in America's most revisited city passes before your eyes.

We went to the second location on Paulsen St. in Savannah. We have enjoyed the Broughton St location before, but at Paulsen there is a parking lot...an added plus. Funny, but we had the exact same lunch as another recent poster, Lime chicken and goat cheese enchiladas and the Italian Panini, and they were both excellent. Kayak Kafe uses fresh... More
