Ice cream served at Leopold's was really good, but it would be hard for me to say, that I was good, blown away. I have tried Chocolate Chewies, Peanut Butter and Pistachio. If you are in Savannah, Leopold's is worth a visit and even it is worth staying in long line. Prices are high/moderate – single scoop is $3.75, double $4.75.

The prices are a but high but it's worth it! Enjoy a delicious ice cream in the air conditioned ice cream parlor filled with movie memorabilia. A definite must!!

You'd have to visit this place as it's seems to be an institution in Savannah ! Queues were very long but moved quickly and the hostess served water to us all as the heat was a lot - even at night. Ice cream itself was good but I wouldn't say amazing. Remember you only have one flavour so it's hard... More

Leopold's is definitely a must see when visiting Savannah. The atmosphere alone is reason enough to stop by. Leopold's is like taking a trip back in time to an old ice cream parlor. Vintage movie posters and checkered tile decorate the interior. And you're even served by an old fashioned soda jerk. Leopold's has a large assortment of flavors, including... More

The atmosphere of this ice cream parlor takes you back to the 50's and is adorned with many movie posters as the owner was a director or producer of many Hollywood flicks. There are quite a few flavor selections and all that I have tasted (5 visits) have been some of the best I've had. The coconut and peanut butter... More

I waited about ten minutes on a Wednesday evening but was rewarded with one of the best ice creams I've ever eaten. Very creamy and lots of flavor! Yum!

Stop into Leopold's and get some really great ice cream. The line usually stretches into the street but don't let that deter you. the staff makes several passes over the line with samples of their more unique flavors so you get to test and try several while you wait. The line moves quickly and seating was surprisingly not a problem given... I admit, we eat a lot of ice-cream and the experience at Leopold's was perfect. The ice-cream delicious, staff friendly and prices great. The Chocolate Chewies and cream flavor was incredible (we went back each day for more!). Be prepared to stand in line - but OH so worth the wait. We were told it's one of the best ice... More

Having travelled extensively I would not consider this the best ice cream - a lady behind us was saying she had read it was top 5 in the world - I wonder who would be able to test every ice-cream shop in the world!! We went there on recommendation - there was a long line but it did seem to... More
