The British tend to have a reputation for bland tasteless food nothing could be further from the truth at Churchill's. At dinner we offer traditional British dishes as well as a large selection of exciting appetizer, small plates, entrees and homemade deserts. We are proud to serve Angus Beef for steaks that just melt in your mouth. Situated in the heart of the Historic District, Churchill's is British owned and operated serving a unique blend of traditional British favorites, European and American cuisine.

Very Good

The waitress was great. We went early before the dinner rush.We were seated right away. Had Bangers and Mash with a Hobgobin Ale. The chairs were strange and a bit uncomfortable but everything else was very good.

The service was awful, it was extremely loud and the food was less than desirable. I rarely give a bad review but this one deserves it. The wait staff seemed less than interested in taking care of you as I had to flag one down to get anything. I would not go back here, period.

Warning: Churchill's Pub serves huge portions, so bring your appetite. We've been anticipating to eat at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. I had the Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding and it was delicious, although, after looking at how much food was on my plate, I felt defeated. The Apple and Blackberry Crumble was delicious, not too sweat. I... More

Churchill's Pub was a large bar with above average food. The staff was friendly and a good understanding of the menu. With all of the restaurants in Savannah I don't know if I will be back.

Wife had the Georgia cheese plate and it was, at best, odd. An assortment of dried fruits, grapes, nuts and very little cheese. I had the Steak and Ale pie. A mediocre pot pie but pricey at $16. Oh, they did throw in a tiny salad. It was near 10PM on a Monday night, and this was about the only... More

We were in the mood for comfort food and chose Churchill's. My husband had Guinness meatloaf and I had the steak and ale pie. Both were phenomenal!

We ran into the owner's of Churchill's while in another pub and they recommended we give it a try since we had never been there. The bartender was extremely friendly and helpful in with food choices, he even made me a sangria that is not normally on their menu. One section of their menu is made up of tapas sized... More

Our bartender at the hotel we're staying recommended this place as a lesser expensive, but delicious option. After a long day of walking this place was great to relax, have a drink, and fill our bellies before heading downtown just a few blocks away. The server was fantastic, as were the bartenders. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The food was... More

Churchill's Pub turned out to be one of the best places we ate while in Savannah. It featured some unique menu items with a definite British flair. I had Guin Meatloaf and my wife had Filet tips. Both were very good. Drink prices seem a little high, but are well served. Our waitress, Rosalie, was prompt and efficient taking very... More

This pub was close to our hotel. Our group ate here one night for a late supper, and we liked it so much that we came back another day. I had a crescent-wrapped brie with slices of apples - not something you will find in most restaurants. Several in our group got the twice-baked potatoes and they said they were... More
