A lot of unusual, eclectic Southern dishes. Each prepared to perfection for most any gourmet. The Banana Pudding is beyond description and must be tasted to appreciate this very unusual, gourmet dessert. The prices are reasonable for such gourmet fare. You will not be disappointed. Do not miss this experience.

We came here hoping to have some good southern cooking and were not disappointed! Their fried chicken, chicken with peach sauce, and pot roast were delicious. We also loved all the sides we tried (mashed potatoes, green beans, mac-n-cheese, sweet potato fries, sweet potato casserole, corn casserole). And the banana pudding was the best my husband and I had ever... More

This was by far the best meal that I have ever eaten and I am a picky eater. We ventured a few minutes from town via taxi and boy was it worth the trip. The food was out of this world. I had meatloaf, Mac ans cheese, corn pudding, and green beans. Best I have ever had. The biscuit was... More

I had the crusted chicken and sweet potatoes and I was very pleased. Home cooking, great atmosphere and a hidden gem for sure. I highly recommend Sweet Potatoes if you visit Georgia!

Went for a taste of the "Best Banana Pudding" according to Adam in Man vs. Food. I am a huge fan of banana pudding, and I have to say that it was one of the best I've had. The sweet potato pie was delicious. I have to say, this will be the place to go for desserts when I'm back... More

The food is really delicious. I went with my family, all six of us had something different and each dish was delicious. This was about the fourth time we've been there and every time it is great!! I normally hate catfish and when I tried it I really enjoyed it. The corn pudding is really yummy. The biscuits are so... More

I had cashew encrusted chicken with some sort of a fruit salsa, I think it was mango and cranberry, cheese grits and a side of squash and zucchini. It was so good I wanted to lick the plate! The price was crazy good - at least that's my perspective coming from a big city. I think my entree was $11... More

On a recent business trip this is the first place we stopped at for lunch. For dinner we would eat somewhere else but everyday we kept coming back. We each would eat something different and never a meal that was not perfect.

You have to try this place. They serve good down home cooking. Everything is always cooked just right and the banana pudding is fantastic.

We tried this place on a friend advice and I am glad we did. It is not fancy but it is quaint and a real delight to eat and meet the people that eat there regularly. I had the peach glazed BBQ chicken with sweet potato fries and it was delicious. My wife had the grilled meatloaf and the baked... More
