Great food

I had the blackened catfish with the corn pudding, which was to die for. Finished with the banana pudding and it was a meal to remember. Excellent food. A must stop in Savannah.

Totally packed but our party of 13 had made reservations and were quickly seated. Waitress was friendly and efficient. Had veg plate - everything was delicious! Loved the greens with lemon, mmm so good!

We wanted to try real southern cooking and we got exactly that. Good food. Good price. Nothing fancy. Stick to your ribs kind of meal. The banana pudding is a must try.

I had not eaten here is several years and was extremely disappointed. Service was not great. Biscuits were cold and served on a paper plate. Meatloaf was dry. I treated myself to dessert with their famous Banana Pudding - I took 2 bites and left the rest. Won't be recommending it anytime soon.

This restaurant was the 2nd one my friend suggested whilst I was there on a golf outing. It is a family style restaurant but has very tasty food for a reasonable price. The service was fast and efficient; plus the food and dessert were delivered in a timely manner. What stuck in my mind was the pecan pie, which was... More

A lot of unusual, eclectic Southern dishes. Each prepared to perfection for most any gourmet. The Banana Pudding is beyond description and must be tasted to appreciate this very unusual, gourmet dessert. The prices are reasonable for such gourmet fare. You will not be disappointed. Do not miss this experience.

We came here hoping to have some good southern cooking and were not disappointed! Their fried chicken, chicken with peach sauce, and pot roast were delicious. We also loved all the sides we tried (mashed potatoes, green beans, mac-n-cheese, sweet potato fries, sweet potato casserole, corn casserole). And the banana pudding was the best my husband and I had ever... More

This was by far the best meal that I have ever eaten and I am a picky eater. We ventured a few minutes from town via taxi and boy was it worth the trip. The food was out of this world. I had meatloaf, Mac ans cheese, corn pudding, and green beans. Best I have ever had. The biscuit was... More

I had the crusted chicken and sweet potatoes and I was very pleased. Home cooking, great atmosphere and a hidden gem for sure. I highly recommend Sweet Potatoes if you visit Georgia!
