Pretty good food overall, nice ambience, good service, huge menu

We used Taste of India for our wedding reception catering. What a great choice!!!!! The owners are amazing to work with and so accommodating. The price they gave us was reasonable and we were able to add a couple of our favorite dishes in as well. The food was just perfect. We had so many compliments from so many different... More

I honestly did not have a good experience at all and I hope that it was just an "off night" although it was a Saturday night... We had 4 different waiters (distracting and a bit jarring) and the Samosas had almost no spicy heat whatsoever and the Lamb Kirna also was extremely bland even though I ordered it "medium heat".... Don't miss this locals place for good Indian food! The food is awesome! Chicken tikka masala is the best I've ever had! Chicken tikka is seasoned perfectly! Naan in every flavor is phenomenal. Totally my favorite place in Savannah! Don't skip it!!! It's a must do for anyone that likes Indian food!

Have been eating here since it first opened. It's been through several owners and chefs, none of whom have been bad; however, the current chef is the best yet! As a vegetarian, I can't comment on the meat dishes, but everything I have savored has had subtle favors with just enough heat to give one a delightful taste of India.

We eat here once a month. The restaurant is family friendly and very clean. We have never had a bad meal or any service issues. A very easy location and plenty of parking.

Glad we found this colorful restaurant that has great Indian food. Extensive menu and they are good at explaining. Even the appetizers were very good and the fellow explained the three basic sauces. Unlike many Indian restaurants, they have a good wine menu. The rice pudding seemed thrown together (like rice in almond milk with Kirsch) but in general, the meal... More

The menu is a bit large, but that means it included food that made my family member from Mumbai very happy. The tandoori chicken was also very moist and flavorful. The masala chair had a great ginger undertone.
