Go here, sit at the bar, have a great mint julep, listen to moon river being played on the piano in the city in which it was written....just don't order the food. We were sat under a black light so our food looked absolutely nauseating (it was laughable really). The meat was so dry, and for the price we paid... More

What a beautiful restaurant. You would never know it there. One of the few fine dining places in the historic district. Giovanna was so friendly. Piano player/singer during dinner was terrific. Music later on, food very good and good size portions as well. I'd go back over and over. Not well advertised but very romantic.

When I lived in Savannah I used to go to this spot all the time.. Located in the historic district if you are walking the parks and want a cold one and a snack. this is a very good choice.

What a find! My wife and I were just strolling through the beautiful historical district when we stumbled upon Billy's - it was BY FAR our favorite medal in Savannah. The crab cake was wonderful, but the atmosphere with the talented singer/piano player and bongo drummer was out of sight. We loved it, and so will many others.

Stepping off the elevator we were pleasantly surprised to find a piano bar. The food was well prepared and attentively served. Look for it in the Historic District.

Went here at recommendation of concierge at the hotel. We didn't have reservations and had to wait a bit longer than told when we arrived. But the drinks were good and the meal was well worth the wait. Atmosphere was definitely not touristy, felt like you had stepped back in time with piano bar, wood paneling. Very enjoyable evening.

We were looking for a place to close the hotel. Tried here. Loved the place, no tourist crowd. Food was as good or better then the other hot spots. Had a piano man playing lite music. I counted about 40 - 50 seats so you may want to call 1st. Cost consistent with Savannah dinner prices. You know how that... More

We happened upon this pub while visiting Savannah. We all had sandwiches which were delicious. I especially liked my Tuna melt wrap. Well worth it! We had to park across the street but that is not unusual fir Savannah!

I have lived in Savannah for a little over six years and had never heard of Billy's Place at McDonugh's. The restaurant is located upstairs over McDonugh's. Through a dinner and a show combination offer with the Savannah Theater my wife and I were treated to one of the best Crab cake dinner's I have ever eaten. I lived on... More
