Our party of four decided to try this restaurant on a recent visit to Savannah. The food was moderatly priced and tasted good. We had some local beers and tried their fried green tomatoes. Overall, the service was very good and the server continually checked back with us to see if we needed anything. We were fortunate to get a... More

Party of six for our Grandmother's 101st birthday. Waited 1 1/2 hours for a table then left & went to Applebee s. I swear, the food at Applebee's is just as good. Same situation last time I went in April. The parking lot wasn't crowded, empty tables could be seen but crowds waiting. Three different members of our party checked... More

We arrived for a late lunch with a hungry toddler and 4 adults who were anxious for a good meal in an interesting outdoor setting. We were immediately seated, but close to the gentleman who was entertaining with guitar music. The baby is frightened of a large guitar so we asked that he play low-key music. He was very accommodating.... More

Hidden above the more notable Huey's, is a little treasure spot called Tubby's. Besides the view, the food is urban and southern combined. I love the old southern fried seafood with the cute mini cob atop, the slaw and pups, and the tater and cocktail sauces. All fresh with a lovely view of the Savannah river street scene, day or... We stopped here for a few drinks when we arrived to Savannah. Nice view of the river from the deck outside. Drinks were nice (we enjoyed the peach sangria!). The menu is very 'American' (burgers, fried foods) so not sure I'd eat here as that's not my taste, but it was fine for a drink!

Early for dinner, but thought we'd give it a hot. Didn't really want a lot, so got the seafood sampler appetizer (shrimp, oysters, fish fingers)--more than expected, but $16 for an appetizer, there should be a bit more. The oysters were absolutely awful (the first one I bit into looked more like a chicken liver, a really small chicken liver),... More

Ate lunch here and breakfast. Very good food and good service. Andres was helpful with information about Savannah. Reasonably priced. You can sit outdoors or indoors. This restaurant was accessible from the River Street Inn, as well as from Riverfront.

We wanted to eat lunch here but due to the ho hum menu we just decided to have drinks and an appi. It has great 2 nd story views but the FGtomatoes were terrible...over breaded and sticky. They have limited bar drinks. So many better places to try in Savannah.

We ate here in the evening. The atmosphere is great, vibrant, busy and lots to watch on the verandah. The service was incredibly slow, our server was unsmiling and unfriendly. I had fried shrimp with baked potato and corn. The fried shrimp and potato were very average. The corn was awful. The first one I sent back as it was... More

On July 10th my two children and I met my parents and two nephews after a tour of Savannah to eat here. We were all tired and hungry, and though my mom has emphysema and my stepdad has to use a cane to walk, they agreed to walk up the stairs to eat here after I told them it was... More
