The Six Pence Pub is a fun place to eat or have a drink or two. It is located in the historic section of Savannah a block away from the Chippewa Square. There are a few seats available outside, but most of them located indoors which is preferable during the summer months. It can be hit or miss if it... More

We were so pleasantly surprised by this gem of a resturant! Our server Melissa was so friendly and made us feel like we were home visiting a friend. The food was extremely tasty; we had the chicken pot pie and beef guinness. Between the flavor and the service, this is hands-down the best English pub we have ever visited. We... More

One of many English/Irish style pub places in Savannah, but relatively centrally located and within walking distance of most B&Bs. Cool decor, friendly staff and a good selection of both English/Irish libations as well as some of the local craft beers. Didn't have the food but what I saw being served looked delicious.

My husband and I loved this place. Our server was Melissa and she was super friendly to us. I had the grilled chicken salad and he had the open faced roast beef. The food was great. A large amount for a very reasonable price. We will definitely return on our next trip back.

Was not disappointed. The pot pie and potatoes were delicious. However..everyone there was either drinking or with another partner. I fell out of place as I do not drink and am single..

My friend and I had a wonderful time at Six Pence. We got to sit outside, have local brews, and watch the ghost tours walk by. Our server, Melissa, was truly welcoming (& quite the hoot!) and even steered me to try a loaded banger for the first time which was DELISH! For a beer and a bite to eat... More

I had the pleasure of being seen today for a late lunch by Lauren. She met me in a timely manner and gave me a supremely genuine attitude that set the tone for the experience. This was my second visit in the last 5 days, and after my first visit I made it a point to visit again this week... More

Super nice staff. Beautiful bar. We had bangers and mash and a burger, both delicious. Came back on accident to escape a thunder storm and they were so gracious. We'll be back next time in town.

My new husband and I traveled to Savannah for our wedding and honeymoon. We married on Tybee Island and enjoyed the area for the remainder of our honeymoon. We decided one night to eat at Six Pence Pub and LOVED it. Our server was Melissa and she added so much to the charm with her cheerful personality. The food was... More

We stopped in Six Pence on a really hot, muggy day to relax and have something cold to drink! The service was great, the beer was very cold! My daughter ordered Bread Pudding and it was to die for! Wish we had more time in Savannah to be able to eat dinner here! I'm sure it would be delicious!
