Decided to try this English pub for lunch. Very good onion soup and sandwiches. Wife tried the shepherds pie which was ok. Had better at Molly McPherson's. The décor inside was neat and of course a wide selection of imported beers. Service was good.

The friendly unrushed service on a busy Friday night when other restaurants were booked solid was a surprising welcome. The food was great and very well priced with a fun selection of beers and hard cider. And its location on Bull near Ogelthorpe was very convenient to walking the squares. I will definitely go back on future visits to Savannah,... More

We were a party of 4, we went after running the Rock n Roll half marathon. The beer was cold and the food was good! The service was good!

we stopped here as we were going to a show at the local theatre. The meal and drinks were very well priced and our service staff member was great fun to talk to. Her name was Kristy, made our night, thanks.

We ate here for dinner on a Thursday night. The bar area was packed when we left-looked like fun. When we sat down-there weren't a lot of people eating dinner. Our food was ok-not bad, but not great. I had the portabella sandwich but many at our table ordered the fish special and said it was good. The 2 people... More

An excellent rendition of a British pub - we have eaten (and drunk) there on many occasions and never been disappointed. The beer is well looked after and the imported beers are fresh and good. The food is very good and reasonably priced for the location. In summer you may have to wait for a table for a while -... More

Stopped by Six Pence for a late lunch and a few drinks as everyone should while in Savannah. Nice old pub with decent food.. go there for surroundings and grab a seat outside if you can. Great people watching.

The place has lots of great surroundings as you can eat outside or inside. I ordered the soup and sandwich and the french onion was the worst I have ever eaten with no taste but the sandwich was great! The drinks are very strong so if that's your thing you will enjoy! They do have a salmon sandwich was wonderful!... More

My husband and I have been multiple times and the food and service are always consistently great. The beer selection is great and everyone enjoyed their food from burgers (amazing), nachos were tasty and even the salad was great. They have outdoor seating so it's a great way to enjoy outdoor weather.

Great place to eat near The Savannah Live Theatre. If you but your tickets to the show they will give you 10% off your bill. Delicious meals and very affordable.
