It's become a tradition, we eat at the Six Pence Pub before heading to the Savannah Theater. Not the biggest place but it's not too tough to get a table. The food is pretty good and the service is very good. The last two times we've been there, our server has been, Melissa. She is fantastic! Knows the menu, the... More

Stopped on a Sunday for lunch and had the She Crab Soup with a half Corned Beef Sandwich. Both were outstanding !! This is a terrific Pub; great efficient service. We'll be back

We ate at the Pub three times while we were in Savannah. It was very handy as we stayed in a condo across the street. After hiking around the city all day it was nice to have it so close. The food and the service was very good and we really enjoyed it.The wine and beer selections were good.I had... More

Six pence is a cool English pub amidst a charming southern city. The food is good and the service was excellent. My friends and I all had soup and salads and they were quite tasty. You should definitely try this place if you are lucky enough to visit Savannah.

Nice place for lunch. I had the special of chicken pot pie which was a nice blend of chicken, veggies, cream sauce and puff pastry that was served with a green salad. Big selection of beer on tap.

We stopped at Six Pence Pub for dinner during the week (I think on a Wednesday) and it was charming and amazing! My husband had the pot pie (special of the day) and I had shepherds pie. Both were outstanding! We also loved seeing the pub that was featured in the movie "Something to talk about." Great service, fun atmosphere,... More

this place is open late night. So if you are tired of bar hopping and want to have few last drinks in a soothing ambiance and good music, Six Pence should be the best place to end the party!!

Love the authentic Britain food and beers. The smart mix of Guinness and Smith wicks (Blacksmith) was incredibly tasty. We planned to eat there one night and we ended up coming back again.

It tries to be an English pub but falls short in scope of the menu, if they are trying to replicate British food. The soup and sandwich option was fine and the Buffalo Chicken soup was delicious

We were in town on vacation and heard so much about the Julia Robert's movie being filmed here that we stopped for dinner our last night in Savannah. I had the pot roast and my wife tried the Shepherd's Pie and both were very good. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and gave us the lowdown on the movie as well.... More
