Just like the movie

We spotted this pub while on the Ole Savannah Tour. This has an British/English London look and well visited by patrons and tourists alike. After all Julia Roberts and Dennis Quaid used this location for the movie "Something To Talk About". Inside after a 10 minute wait, the bar was full, and... read more

This is an English Pub with a rustic decor and bar. We had Shephard's Pie and the Pot Roast. Both were very good and the portions were generous. It is diagonally across the park from the Savannah Theatre, so it is very busy on nights when there are performances. A nice change.

This is a great pub in a great location far enough away from the crowds and overpriced parking to allow you to street park, walk in and enjoy a nice meal.

Our B&B host recommended this place as one of his favorites so we went there our first evening in Savannah. Very cute place with great service...friendly staff. We wanted to eat light so both of us had the soup and salad. The French onion soup was very good. This place should be on everyone's list of places to go while... More

We arrived in Savannah late and needed to find a restaurant nearby. We stumbled upon The Six Pence and we're delighted with the food and service. I had the pot roast with mashed potatoes and my wife had the Shepherds Pie and both were delicious and the price was reasonable too

The Six Pence is a long time Savannah bar, good beer, bartenders, atmosphere, open late, nice old time feel.

We went to the Six Pence Pub because it was close to our hotel. While small, it was charming and the service was good.

This was my first stop on a recent trip to Savannah. We sat outside for a couple beers and appetizers. Our Waiter Dwayne (Duane, spelling?) was amazing. We mentioned it was our first time in Savannah and that we had just gotten to town, and he gave us so many great tips on different restaurants to try and neighborhoods to... More

I've been here a number of times over the last 5 years so I feel safe calling the food reliably good. It's always enjoyable - nice ambiance with good service. If it's a nice day, try to sit at one of the outside tables. There'll be some street noise but if the weather cooperates, it can be delightful. The corned... More
