We wandered in last May in the middle of a weekday afternoon and had the most amazing nachos...at a British pub, but it's in Savannah, so... This time we fought weather (rainy and cold) and a sprained ankle to get there. Food was amazing. Service was great. It's on Bull across from the Desoto, if... read more

This place is off the beaten path from the river front and market but still walking distance. Its a great pub with yummy pub food. I had the shepherd's pie which was spectacular. I ate every bit! My husband had the Beef Guinness which was like a thick stew. He enjoyed his the same. Our son who is a bit... More

This is our fourth time visiting Savannah and we always stop here for either lunch or dinner. This is the real deal if you are looking for an English Pub. The food and drinks are great but the best part is the service. We were here last night (Friday) for dinner and the place was packed yet our server Kate... More

...from the usual southern fare. Good food, although there was no fish and chips. The smoked salmon and Shepherd's pie was excellent; the service was very good. Authentic London atmosphere in a good location in the historic district.

We stopped here for lunch during our self guided walking tour of the city. It was a good choice. Nice atmosphere, the food was very good, and we enjoyed talking to our cheerful waitress.

This pub is in the middle of the historic district. It has the best little lunch prices, and the best soup I have ever had in my life. Big chunks of onion and cheese. I loved the quite atmosphere and the staff were super friendly.

I had some time to kill before a tour and (true be told also needed to use the restroom) so I popped in and ordered some chocolate cake. It was excellent. Also seemed to be a popular spot for the SCAD kids to hang out so I somehow overheard a conversation about goblins and other fantasy characters.

Really neat interior and traditional bar space. Our soup and sandwich meals were delivered promptly. Service was friendly and efficient. An extra effort was made by our server to provide extra (sealed) dressing for a salad leftover prepped for takeaway, and included plastic flatware and extra napkins too. Thoughtful details for a nicely created lunch!

We happened to be in the area on Sunday prior to church letting out and the hungry crowds. They start serving alcohol at 12:30 and that's when you want to be there on Sunday. Had blacken red snapper with red pepper mango salsa, wild rice and collard greens. It was the special and it was awesome. the portion of fish... More

Six Pence is a block from the Savannah Historic Theatre. Besides being close to where we were going,it had such charm. The food had an English flair like "Shepherds Pie, straight from England. I'll go again .
