Loved this place!! We went early to enjoy a few drinks beside the river and just relax after dinner. The place was awesome! We sat at a window and were entertained for over an hour with the activities going on along the street. People were singing and dancing. The atmosphere was very festive. We decided that our meal had settled... More

A great place to pass the time. Small but powerful. Live music by local talent, great food, great beer and a great wait staff. A must try in Savannah.

Located up a flight of stairs. It's small, and only three tables offer an outside view. Mainly a bar, with the eating area on one floor and a few tables out on the deck, and an upper floor that has pool tables and more. The overall appearance will not give you a lot of confidence, but that's deceiving. The somewhat... More

This was awful. I had jambalaya and my wife had shrimp and grits. Both were barely lukewarm and looked like some sort of gruel out of a Charles Dickens novel. The beer was good and there was live music and a good atmosphere but the food was a huge letdown.

The cafe' is on the corner above another restaurant, but has an upstairs bar & pool table. We grabbed a good dinner and margaritas at a fair price. It is Cajun/creole menu.

... overlooking the river. We had an afternoon snack of their chili, while sitting on the very small porch overlooking the river. The weather had finally warmed and it was very pleasant. The waiter turns out to be a transplant from Mass.

After reading mixed reviews, we weren't sure what to expect. But, the service was good and the prices were reasonable. Unlike most other restaurants in the area, there was immediate seating for lunch vs. an hour plus wait. We loved their hot sauce and even bought a bottle to go. Yes, most of the menu is fried, but I found... More

A dive is rite, but not the dive your thinking of. More like a dive into a garbage of crap for food wise. Entertainment come in. Thomas Claxton is one of the best performers in the Savannah area. As far as food & service the food I rather buy something frozen from the grocery store because that's what your going... More

A really great small pub/restaurant which had the best clam chowder we have ever eaten. The food is very reasonably priced and there is a great atmosphere. Live music also included! It is down by the river right next to The Cotton Trader, tacked on to the side of the building.

The drinks here were great, but the food was terrible. We had jambalaya and I do not recommend it. But the atmosphere was great, they had karaoke.
