Wanted some lunch prior to leaving Savannah. In mid September, early in the day, we were the only ones in the restaurant . I had the Fried Shrimp basket with onion rings. Both the shrimp and the onion rings were lightly battered and tasty. My wife had a sandwich that was adequate . The cost of appropriate for the setting.

Picked Dockside out of the lineup of restaurants at the River based on their hostess who was fun and a bit of a handful! Just stopped to read the menu as we walked down the street and was shanghaied! My wife and I ordered a PoBoy and Reubin with fries. She seemed to love her sandwich but the one bite... More

Stopped here just to get an appetizer. The soup was outstanding, portions were generous, and prices were very reasonable.

First place to eat in savannah and it was a let down. The building is nice and pretty old, so that was nice. Barely saw the server despite it not being very busy. We got the fried shrimp po boys which were relatively forgettable. They weren't bad, but I had to go over the menu tonight to remember what I... More

I was on a nice vacation for the first in Savannah, GA and I happened upon this restaurant on River Street. I am by no means an English Major so I will keep this review short. I wanted to try something new so I ordered a salmon sand which, but it only came as a salad. The manager Rachel was... More

Neat location on the river with an interesting nautical interior. I enjoyed a tasty crab cake sandwich. This is a nice place to have lunch. No fast food here. Delicious seafood at reasonable prices in a great location.

We went at 8pm on a Friday night in August for a snack after walking around for several hours. They were busy but found a way to seat our family of six in less than ten minutes. We had the spinach dip with homemade pita chips...yum! It was actual fresh spinach leaves instead of the usual frozen chopped spinach and... More

The hostess was very friendly when approaching people while walking down the sidewalk. She made it seem warm and inviting. The atmosphere was rustic. The food; I ordered Greek salmon salad. The only thing that made it Greek was the 1-1/2 teaspoons of feta cheese. My husband was disappointed with his order, he did not want to eat there in... More
