Toucan Cafe is the inspiration and hard work of Steve Magulias and his wife Nancy. Their dedication to the creation of incredible dishes and a unique environment began in a tiny restaurant on Eisenhower. Our extensive menu includes blackened tilapia tacos, tomato dill soup, black and bleu ribeye steak, Moroccan salmon and a variety of vegetarian dishes. We also feature a private room for entertaining guests perfect for private events of any kind. relaxed place with good local fresh seafood.

Very good food. No liquor license, only beer and wOne, and I was really wanting a Margarita! Seafood Fresh and well prepared, we were undecided on what to order and waiter steered us well. We eat here whenever we are in Savannah. Tucked a bit off the street, you will need to look for it a bit

We go to Toucan Cafe for special occasions. Went early so no wait. Mothers meal was quite tasty but was 1/2 the size of previous salmon entrees. Salads definitely smaller. Ceasar salad croutons(5) were minuscule! Maybe they had only crumbs left. Also, if I wanted tomato and onion on my salad I would NOT have ordered the Caesar! I ordered... More

We went with a group of 15 people from a local church on a busy Saturday night. The waitress handled all of us with such grace, accuracy and to top it off the food was excellent. I had the bourbon salmon with sweet potatoes and it was the best! Everyone raved about their dish so much that we will return... More

Good food, but over priced. The prices on trip advisor needs to be updated. The food portion are not much for the price. it cost us a family of four $86.00 for dinner.

Larry, while it's wonderful that you enjoyed our food, it's a shame you found it to be overpriced. We use the freshest ingredients, so our dishes are priced accordingly. That said, I appreciate your feedback about our prices. I hope you'll give us another try in the future! Best, Steve More

Toucan is one of the best values in Savannah. Great food and service at reasonable prices. Bourbon salmon and shrimp tacos were money. The house dressing on the entree salad is good enough to drink. Go there.

This is our 1st time in Savannah so we relied on Tripadvisor for a high rated restaurant choice near by. The atmosphere was "okay", service "medicare", and food "eh". There were 3 in our party so we decided to each get something different and try each others. None of us were impressed with our selections, and the price for the... More

The bread was unique, different and very flavorful. I had the shrimp and Grits and it was without a doubt the best I have ever had. The waitress kept my glass full at all times as well as the bread basket. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel welcomed and appreciated.
