Great Value for breakfast or lunch

Just off the square, serving great food for breakfast and lunch, with free refills for coffee, at very low cost. We had coffee there before our walking tour then came back for lunch, when I had grilled catfish with eggs, toast and home fries, while my wife had a chicken wrap with sweet potato... read more

This place was a great fill up spot for breakfast before our long walk with Savannah Dan. There is a big selection to choose from. They apparently love to cook with broccoli but fear not you dont have to order a broccoli dish. You can have a typical sausage, ham, egg breakast, or biscuits and toast. Anything you can imagine... This diner around the corner from the Planters Inn provides a quick good breakfast and friendly service. My wife says it is the best omelet she has had and the same holds for their hash browns. They close at 3pm and we only had breakfast at Henry's.

Friendly, clean local hangout. We were likely the only tourists there on most of our four trips. The same people come here weekly or daily. Great food and a fair price. Every hing we had from eggs to waffles and everything in between was great. They have local favorites and traditional breakfast items.

Good price for a breakfast buffet. Decent food. I will order from the menu next time. I wondered why people were ordering from the menu when there was so much of the same food on the buffet! Great people!

This place reminds me of the dinners up north. It's so hard to find a place in this area to get coffee and eggs or pancakes. You can have wait service or the buffet. We always get wait service. The food is out quickly and always tastes delicious. We always seem to have the same waiter, and no matter how... More

We stopped in just after the lunch buffet closed and ordered off the menu. The sandwiches are prepared fresh and served very quickly. Staff is friendly and attentive. We liked that it was close to the downtown parking garage, easy in and out. Place is very clean and well run. Would stop again and try the buffet.

This is such a clean, convenient diner with good basic food. We had the breakfast buffet ($9.50) which is only offered on weekends, I believe. The buffet was tidy, well-stocked and hot. Now this is not a fancy place by any means but I did notice police officers and several people who seemed to be regulars. Particularly enjoyed the biscuits... More

If you are looking for next level breakfast gastronomy, you may want to look elsewhere. If you like great tasting, down home diner breakfast, you found your place. Shrimp and grits were great, eggs Benedict was also very good and it wasn't drowning in sauce (just how the wife likes it). I just had a bacon egg and cheese on... More
