Good burgers

This place was recommended to us by a local so we thought we'd give it a try. It was a Friday night and really busy, so rather than wait for over 45 minutes for a table, we decided to get a takeaway. We were given this suggestion from a local and were they ever spot-on! Great local, fresh ingredients create a masterpiece of a burger. Juicy, not greasy...great , fresh toppings. The pimento cheese was best we had in town! Off the beaten path, but what a great find!

I was staying near this place whilst I was in Savannah in a rental home. I noticed a few men from the army going to it over a few days. This made me think, this place must be worth a visit. Them lads only want nice big feeds. Well so do I! My brother was getting married and we wanted... More

As a foodie, I think I am a tough guy to please. But, the burgers, pimento cheese, ham and swiss, were solid to excellent. Not the best burger I have ever had by any means but certainly in the top 75%. The fries believe it or not really stole the show. Really good. My one complaint is the house made... More

My wife and I both ordered the burgers and fries. When our orders arrived we added ketchup. Big mistake. We immediately noticed that the ketchup had a runny consistency and a course texture. Neither of us liked the taste. Turns out, they make their own ketchup. To me, it ruined what would have otherwise been a great burger and fries.... More

Loved these burgers! The pimento was awesome! Great fries! It was storming and we had to crowd in the front door but it was worth the wait. We went at 5, the wait was an hour. We went back at 8, the wait was 45 minutes. If you go, prepare to wait for a table.

Went to lunch with hubby. This is a small little cafe with delicious food. Wonderful change from every day burgers. Homecut fries. Variety of beers available. We will definitely go back.

The wait can sometimes be long, but it's worth it. The burgers are juicy and the appetizers are wonderful. Everything is farm fresh and comes out hot. Enjoyed the food very much.

My lovely wife and I stopped by the Green Truck for an early dinner. This restaurant seems to have a younger crowd with a newer outlook on dining. They have wonderful burgers that are made with local home grown Hunter Cattle grass feed beef and local grown vegetables. The burgers are great and the fry’s homemade. The portions are large.... After reading the reviews, we decided to try Green Truck Pub at about 4:00 PM, hoping to miss the crowds. We were in luck, and were seated immediately. The menu is pub grub, but reflects a true locally-sourced, farm to table sensibility. We shared a bowl of meatless chili, which was delicious and full of roasted veggies and black beans.... More
