Scrumptious food, warm and fresh dinner rolls, wine and romantic ambiance equals excellent dining experience. I especially loved the cellar's decor, a rebellious juxtapose of church furnishing pieces along with bottles of wine. You shouldn't miss the stories of paranormal activities either :0)

My wife and I had the great pleasure of dining at Circa 1875 tonight. She had fabulous brook trout, I had the cassoulet. Fabulous! Then there's the impeccable service we experienced with our waitress, Galen, who was equally fabulous. Great food, great drink and a wonderfully romantic dinner. We'll be back!

A real find! Excellent French restaurant near the tourist part of Savannah. Always have a great meal. Lovely decor. The charcuterie plate is to die for...get a half portion, as it is huge!

My wife and I visit Savannah often and decided to try this restaurant because we love French food. So glad we did! We ate at the gastropub for dinner and loved the atmosphere and ambiance. Escargot and Country Pate were amazing! We decided to split the Cassoulet Maison -- wise choice considering how large the portions were. My wife loved... More

On one side a wonderful pub were you can buy and enjoy an ice cold harp and Stella! The other side a quaint restaurant with a lot of character! The trout was outstanding and salmon was done perfectly! I had the poached egg added to the baby spinach salad and my wife enjoyed the Creme Brulee as her desert....Worth the... More

Being coeliac, I had really struggled to find anywhere in Savannah with gluten free food, unless it was salad or was at extortionate prices! We were recommended Circa 1875 by a waiter at the extortionately priced restaurant, since his girlfriend was also coeliac and he understood the stress. We were not disappointed, they let us in late and had lovely... More

Our dining experience here was exceptional. We started with the escargots which were cooked to perfection. My wife had the trout and I had the chicken, both mouth watering. Our server was top notch and the best we have experienced. Highly recommended! Have a martini to start your experience.

We were visiting a family friend, a native of Savannah, who took us here. What does that tell you? The atmosphere/setting is described as, "authentic old world bistro." I describe it as...French. My husband had the Soupe à l'oignon Gratinée (Onion Soup) and said it was delicious! My friend and I divided an order of Mussels, very tasty. The bread... More

I have dined here several times over the past few years and the last time or two have left disappointed. As always the decor and atmosphere are lovely, but last night service was severely lacking. The food was not terrible, but the menu descriptions were misleading and I was not happy with my choices. "Sautéed chicken livers" were actually heavily... More
