Awesome Southern Food...

This place was kinda small and once we walked in it kinda looked like a small living room or dining room with an attached cafeteria, but don't let that fool you because the food was amazing. My wife and I had the Ox tails, with Macaroni N Cheese, greens and black eyed peas. The only problem was a... read more

The food was good except for the salt content. My husband and I had different food items each one was very salty. For awhile our mouth continuously to be salt tasting. Encountered one fly over the hot food area and in the dinning area several flies. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Let me begin by saying I had read several of the reviews where white people said they weren't treated well - we are a gaggle of white folks and we were treated very well by the staff. There is a menu here but it looks like they would prefer that you order meat and three from the buffet line. The... More

You must visit Sisters. I had oxtails for the first time there and I'm now a fan. The fried chicken was so good and they serve the absolute best lemonade I've ever tasted. A+++

This restaurant was off the beaten path a bit as it was away from downtown but it was worth the 10 minute drive. The staff was warm and friendly and the food is served cafeteria style. There are lots of good dishes to choose from and be sure you get cornbread. I had the turkey wings- so delicious! Make sure... More

my husband surprised me with the bbq ribs. they were DELICIOUS. fell off the bone just looking at them. sauce was average. also had mac & cheese, good also, and had greens. all in all despite the fact for us the greens were tooo salty, it was a nice meal. HOWEVER...i do not think it was worth $31.02, $21.02 maybe,... More

Travel to Savannah a few times a month as I live nearby. As such I have had many wonderful dining experiences in this lovely city. Thankfully I was recently over on the East side of town around lunch and happened upon Sisters. I had eaten in this location before several years ago before Sisters came to be. I can't remember... This place has some incredible fried chicken! I've never had its like. Like some of the other posts here, we had taken a tour of Bonaventure Cemetery, and our guide recommended it as having great southern fare. Great food at very reasonable prices!

This was my first time in Savannah & I really wanted some oxtails! We drove by it since it was night time & the only sign was a painting on the side of the building, very hard to see. It's cafeteria style food where you pick an entree & three sides. I got oxtails, Mac n cheese, cabbage & sweet... More
