This restaurant is quaint to say the least, but don't let appearances fool you. This restaurant served me and my church trip attendees some of the best food we have ever had. The staff was very accommodating. The menu had an enormous variety of comfort food. And don't forget the homemade desserts - the Red, Green and White velvet cake!... More

We took a cab from the Historic District to get there, but well worth it. Anyone looking for authentic soul food has to visit. Nothing pretentious or glamorous, but the food is simple yet delicious. Like a meal you may cook for yourself. I even got some fried chicken and corn bread to go.

We had lunch here today and the food was great. We had chicken, mac n cheese, dressing, squash and sweet potatoes and tomatoes and okra, all of which was very good. Its not fancy but good comfort food and great prices. ervice was also good. We dined at the mall blvd. location

Pooler Ga...The cashier was nice...the food was ok. It could have been better if the chicken was fresher. It had been sitting for a while. Some of the other workers were not so friendly. I've visited Sisters at other locations and the food was great and the staff was amazing..so I suggest this location step up their customer service and... More

BLUF: understated interior doesn't get in the way of good food. Our party of two split a meat and three. The hamburger steak was superlative, a nice meaty flavor with a good gravy, peppers and onions. The collard greens were cooked well and had the right amount of seasoning. The Lima beans and macncheese were similarly good. The prices are... More

By far the only reason I'd make the 5 hour drive back to Savannah! I read reviews before leaving and had already planned on dinning here. I asked some of the locals how to get there, to my surprise no one knew. If you are in the historical district, take E Liberty til it turns into Wheaton. Bear off to... More

Several people in town mentioned Sister for great Southern cooking and they are all 100%! It was off the hook good!. I had fried whithing, collards, mashed potatoes and mac & cheese, my wife had liver and onions, collards, cabbage, and mash potatoes - all crazy good. The atmosphere is very casual and comfortable. We will be back!

I brought a group here a few days ago. After hearing glowing reviews about this place - wow, what a disappointment. Walked into restaurant room with metal chairs, low light. No manager nor receptionist greeted us. We had a paid in full reservation for over 40! Had to take entire group up filthy looking stairs (no elevator!), and then into... More

I read the reviews of this restaurant before we came to Savannah and knew we had to eat here. It truly was one of the best meals I have had. The portions were generous and prices low. I had the hamburger steak patty, mac n cheese, yams and collard greens with peach cobbler for dessert. I wanted to eat everything... More
