A loca;'s favorite restaurant in Savannah

We recently ate here for the second time. The restaurant is a local's favorite. The menu is varied, appetizers, sandwiches, soups, salads and entrees and has a nice bar. The flounder is great. The prices are very reasonable.

Four of us walked here from our hotel on an overnight stay in Savannah, not really knowing what to expect. We were met by Darren, whose sense of humour and easy conversation made us feel very welcome. The surroundings were comfortable and the atmosphere lively. We each tried something different from the menu and we all agreed that the food... More

A local friend referred us to this spot away from the tourist The unassuming brick saloon atmosphere made me feel like a step back in time. The crab appetizer with homemade fries was indescribably better than anywhere we've had it. Our fish appetizers were so lightly battered in fresh oil it was like mom just made it for me. Don't... Are kidding me? This place is off the hook good! We learned of it through a local friend. Crab dip appie with homemade chips will make you lose your mind. Hubby selected choice of 3 platter that had delicately fried flounder, shrimp and deviled crab cake with awesom creamy mashed potatoes. I had the deviled crab plate with a Greek... More

We were seated in the bar area on a not so busy weeknight. Ordered coffee, a beer, fries & peach cobbler. Coffee came... at least 10 min passed before the beer was delivered & we were sitting in the bar! Fries were just ok & the cobbler was junk, not even made with fresh peaches! Nothing special here. Very disappointed... More

We walked from where we were staying to this restaurant. It has been around for many years and is a local joint that our friend visits regularly. Lots of beer options. Good food. The server was very friendly. The wait was 30 minutes on a Saturday night- which of course is to be expected. The host was also very funny... More

Came here for the first time (as it was only 5 minutes stroll from our apartment) on our first night of our 4th trip to Savannah based on trip advisor reviews and were not disappointed. We had been travelling since 2am and it was 7pm and we just wanted since decent beer and great food and we got it. We... More

We visited the Crystal Beer Parlor on two occasions when visiting Savannagh. The food was good and served by very friendly staff. The atmosphere is quite lively and the maitre d' was very entertaining. Definitely worth a visit.

This restaurant was an 5 minute walk from our bed & breakfast. The wait for seating was very short, but there were a number of patrons. Lots of beers on tap and our waitress gave a recommendation of several that same with a free pint glass to keep. Service was outstanding and there were lots of delicious options to choose... More

more a pub than a restaurant , but the food was well above average. the burgers were delicious, and the peach cobbler for desert was out of this world. there are about forty craft beer taps to choose from and several bottled selections. there is full bar service also.
