Good time

Food was great. I had the lamb burger and bf had the N.O.G.S. burger....both were great. Drinks were really good as well, plus our waitress recommended some other places to visit on our first trip to Savannah

My wife and I were on our across the county RV trip. We stopped in Savannah and was able to park the RV (& stay over night) at the visitors center. Once parked we had to find something to eat, the man at the desk recommend the Crystal Beer Parlor. A short walk and we were there, once inside I... More

On an extremely cold night in Savannah, our party of four visited the Crystal Beer Parlor for the first time; it was lively with business executives and tourists alike! it was a happy place to be in celebration of one person's birthday in our party. Our wait was about 20 minutes, but we entertained ourselves while viewing historical documents and... More

Fell in love with this resto a few years ago. Went there for dinner twice during this last visit. Never fails to please. Be prepared for lineups. But worth the wait. Burgers are amazing. Ditto the peach cobbler. This place is a MUST try!

We ate here two nights in a row because it was a short walk from our B&B. However, the first night we had to wait a long time for a table (it was a week night) and I didn't feel well after eating their signature crab stew (it tasted good but was very rich). The next night I had a... More

On a recent visit to Savannah, we stopped for lunch at the Crystal Beer Parlor. It is located off the beaten path at the corner of West Jones and Jefferson Streets. We were walking around the historic city on a very chilly February day and decided to go inside to warm up a bit. We arrived about 11:30 a.m. which... More

By chance we found this place and found out it is the second oldest restaurant in Savannah. It was a quick walk from our B&B on Gordon. We did not make reservations and we were lucky it was a Wed. night as the place was VERY crowded after 8pm but we got in quickly at 7pm. Great food and our... More

Friday night the place was hopping. Set on an unassuming corner in the neighborhood, we decided to give it a try. Definitely pleased despite the wait. Good bar and the food we had was excellent. Appeared to be a good mix of locals and tourists like us.
