This place is small, total seating is about 26 people at 6 tables - so don't show up with a huge crowd. We tried a sampler plate and added the "burnt ends". The bad - mac & cheese is not worth ordering. The okay - the chicken is grilled, rotisserie vs. BBQ, nothing great. The terrific - the brisket, the... More

Returning from our annual trip to Tybee Island, my wife and I made our usual stop at Wiley's Championship BBQ for lunch. The pulled pork is just awesome and with 3 different sauces there is something for every taste. Chicken, ribs & brisket are also their specialties. The service made us feel at home and the sound of delta blues... More

Went here when visiting Fort Stewart on business travel. Found this place on TripAdvisor and was surprised when I pulled up and it was in a strip mall and when I walked in and there were only 6 tables! Bottom line....doesn't matter. Everything was excellent. I had the burnt ends plate with red beans and rice and cole slaw, and... More

We were recommended Wiley's as the best bbq in Savannah so we were really looking forward to trying it out. We arrived about 1:30pm and had to wait 30 minutes for a table. No problem as we were able to get a drink to have while we waited. When we got our table the staff were very friendly and helpful.... More

I visited this restaurant recently with a friend and the food was great!! Our server Tona Ganey was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The fried pickles were very tasty with a little kick to them! And the beef brisket was to die for!! Best BBQ I've had in awhile!!

Wileys on Whitemarsh island is the best BBQ, there are a number of competitors in town but Wileys seems to have the edge. I can vouch for the pulled pork sandwich smothered with their own brand original sauce, it is pure heaven. Be sure to try it once and you'll likely be coming back. They are open until 9pm I... More

I had the pulled pork plate. The pulled pork was very juicy and just smoky enough. The bark on some of the pieces was super tasty. I tried it with the better than sex sauce and I personally thought it was excellent. The sweet potato casserole was pretty good, not as good as my wife's and some others I've tried.... More

Both were excellent. Loved the vinegar-style slaw but the potato salad stole the spotlight for our sides. Be prepared to wait for a looooong time for a table. I recommend getting your order to go.

So my husband and I try different bbq places when we travel and decided to try Wiley's out. It's the ribs! The ribs had some of the best smoke flavor I've ever tasted. The pulled pork and beef brisket were a little disappointing. To me, those 2 were a bit bland. To my husband, those 2 were dry. The collards... More
