OUTSTANDING! After reading all the rave reviews, we drove out of our way to check it out and have lunch at Wiley's. Have been to Wiley's several times over the past 6 months and has been great. This is the best BBQ we've ever had. Small restaurant in a strip mall, don't let that fool you. I thought the ribs were terrific until I tried the brisket. Unbelievable!! The restaurant is very small, only about 10 tables, but very busy and for good reason. The meat is incredibly tender and the smoky, sweet sauce is some of the best I've ever had. Add bread and a couple of sides and you'll be filled up. The staff was very friendly and attentive. more
