While in Baltimore celebrating the anniversary of the Star Spangled Banner...we found this spot very convenient and delicious for lunch. Super tasting sandwiches... excellent service.

I purchased a half dozen of bagels and was shorted by one bage. I called the store and a manager named Kellon took my call. I was instructed to return to the store for my bagel. When I returned to the store I was given an apology and offered another danish of my choice for my inconvenience. Now that's good... More

My wife and I got panini sandwiches that were reasonably tasty. Unfortunately the heartburn that they caused us both was horrific.

We walked here from our local hotel for breakfast. We had the normal Panera food which was average. But the service here was not good. The cashiers were nice enough but the lady who was making the coffee and hot chocolate was borderline rude. We were not impressed. In fact, my 13-year old son actually pointed out how rude she... She was given a list of items for to go order. Tuna which was eh. Chicken salad which was not good. Chicken rice soup was good just too thick. Greek salad which was great. 6 bagels w cream cheese - we paid for the cream cheese but it wasn't put in the bag :( I prefer NY style bagels but... More

Not having a Panera Bread in Alaska, my wife wanted to try it. The Asiago sandwich and Chicken Lemon Orso soup was very good and my wife's salad looked fresh and she mentioned it was good. We would go back.

Soup and salad, soup and sandwich - what ever you choose, it is fresh and delicious! Great stand alone salads, warm and comforting soups! Great coffee too!

Everything in their menu are too salty. I hope they live up to their motto of being farm fresh. The soups were too salty. their sandwiches are sloppy messy. The place is dirty and sticky.

I stopped in for a sandwich - Bacon Turkey Bravo. It was good, but the soup was luke warm and I think it had been warming all day as the noodles were disintegrating.

We used to love Panera, but our last experiences have provided food that is only prepared by the book, and not very special anymore. My husband ordered a sandwich on a bagel. He wasn't asked if he wanted it toasted, and it was served right out of the refrigerator. Very disappointing, couldn't it be part of the training to mention... More
