We used to love Panera, but our last experiences have provided food that is only prepared by the book, and not very special anymore. My husband ordered a sandwich on a bagel. He wasn't asked if he wanted it toasted, and it was served right out of the refrigerator. Very disappointing, couldn't it be part of the training to mention... More

I love the bagels at Panera Bread. Stop by the Inner Harbor location. French toast bagels are the best. Purchase a 1/2 dozen and keep some for a late night treat

My wife & I stopped in for breakfast. The service was quick & very friendly. Our breakfast sandwiches were very good as well as the chocolate chip muffins, yum! We will return next time we're in Baltimore.

Been here half a dozen times, and this location has always had good service even when it's busy on the weekends with families and tourists. And for some reason Panera just tastes better in the winter, especially after crossing through those revolving doors when it's freezing outside. Warm creamy tomato soup in a breadbowl always hits the spot.

Close to the National Aquarium and to the Inner Harbor. Good option of health and cheap food in the center of the city. Take care… it it crowded at noon.

I love the food selection, variety and choice that Panera offers, and the speed at which they process the order. But I have noticed that they tend to give you less food when you ask for carry out, than you would if you ate in.

It's my second time here and the reason is simple - the bakery. All pastries and cakes are fresh and yammy. Excellent location. great variety of foods in the cafe. Tiny detail, but it's the first establishment in Baltimore I've been where they broadcast classical music although the environment is far from posh. I personally liked it. In my books... More

If you in a hurry and want some healthy food stop on bye and grab a sandwich and soup. It is not fine dining but not fast food. Perfectly in the middle and reasonable price

I have always been a big fan of Panera's and frequent my local restaurant (East Longmeadow, MA) often. My favorite item is the cinnamon scone, until recently that is. Apparently some genius at corporate (should be fired, by the way) decided to mess with the scone recipe. Now all their scones are dipped in massive amounts of sugar and are... More
