Served with mascarpone cream sauce on the side and fresh blackberries. I also had some crispy bacon. If you like pancakes at all, you must try this dish. Thank you for an unexpected pleasure - one of the best breakfasts of my life!

Stayed at hotel for 6 days, ate most breakfasts and several lunches here. Good quality food, decent prices. Bar could have used more help during the evening rush.

We were completely satisfied with our breakfast experience. The interior design is very creative, impressive and relaxing at the same time. The service was very good, attentive, friendly, polite and thoughtful. The buffet choices are numerous and the quality is very good. We opted, however, for a la carte choices. Our omelette and Steak 'n' Eggs were delicious, and the... More

I stayed at the Hyatt Baltimore last week so I ate at Bistro 300. I told my waiter that I did not eat dairy so we agreed upon a modification to the pasta I wanted so that I would be able to eat it. The first thing the waiter brought me was cheese covered bread and a dish of butter.... More

Stayed at the Hyatt and had several meals at the Bistro. One can tell this is not a main focus of the hotel, rather it's tourist and convention business. Very little imagination if the offering as well as fairly bland preparation. Service is good

Excellent crab cake lunch for Maryland friends and I at Bistro 300. We all enjoyed the generous and delicious crab cake sandwich. The home made potato chips were a fabulous free appetizer! Our server Said was caring, friendly and attentive. An excellent restaurant with a convenient location right on the third floor of the hotel for the busy business person.... More

We are staying a few days in the Hyatt. Have had late nite, early a.m. and late afternoon meals at the Bistro hanging near the bar in the beautiful Atrium lobby. Very good. Priced fairly, solid service. Tasty veggie tomato soup, wild oyster mushroom risotto, sandwiches, quesadillas....

We have brunch here for an event. I was pretty happy with what i saw for food but i quickly lost my appetite when i went to the fruit/salad bar. Everything had little flies swarming or enjoying breakfast for themselves. I really wanted a fruit cup but every single on had flies around or in them. The service was good... More

We paid almost $40 for 2 people for french toast, eggs, home fries and burnt sausage. Tiny cup of cranberry juice was $4.25. Yes the decor was nice but talk about a rip off. We ate once and did not return. Go to Lenny's deli in the harbor instead. We paid $16 for the same order.
