Excellent crab cake lunch for Maryland friends and I at Bistro 300. We all enjoyed the generous and delicious crab cake sandwich. The home made potato chips were a fabulous free appetizer! Our server Said was caring, friendly and attentive. An excellent restaurant with a convenient location right on the third floor of the hotel for the busy business person.... More

We are staying a few days in the Hyatt. Have had late nite, early a.m. and late afternoon meals at the Bistro hanging near the bar in the beautiful Atrium lobby. Very good. Priced fairly, solid service. Tasty veggie tomato soup, wild oyster mushroom risotto, sandwiches, quesadillas....

We have brunch here for an event. I was pretty happy with what i saw for food but i quickly lost my appetite when i went to the fruit/salad bar. Everything had little flies swarming or enjoying breakfast for themselves. I really wanted a fruit cup but every single on had flies around or in them. The service was good... More

We paid almost $40 for 2 people for french toast, eggs, home fries and burnt sausage. Tiny cup of cranberry juice was $4.25. Yes the decor was nice but talk about a rip off. We ate once and did not return. Go to Lenny's deli in the harbor instead. We paid $16 for the same order.

We stayed in the hotel, so it was very convenient. Breakfast and lunch were ok. We did have an issue at dinner. We had a large group, and of course they added a gratuity. A nice gratuity. For a buffet. And then the waiter refused to split the bill. Or get the manager when we complained. We had to track... More

Stopped in for a drink with colleagues late on a Friday night - around 10pm. The lounge was busy, but not crazy, and the bartender was pleasant and professional. We didn't get any food, but the drink prices were about average for the area, with decent-sized pours. A family came in after us (around 10:30-10:45) and got food, which both... More

I ate several places in Baltimore. The Bistro 300 food was among the tastiest that I had anywhere. Prices are reasonable.

I attended mothers say brunch today at the Hyatt. We were greater by several people before arriving at the hostess station. Each mom was given a beautiful long stem rose. Our hostess gave us a tour of the wide selection of food as we walked in. The menu included crab, oyster, shrimp, smoked fish, full antipasto station, carved meats, veggies... More

Bistro 300 is located inside the Hyatt where I just spent 5 days for business. Long days at a convention leaves limited time for leisurely dining. Out of sheer convenience, I ended up eating 3 meals at the restaurant. I had one late night sandwich at the bar and two breakfasts. The service was fine for each meal. I had... More
