We tried Cazbar for the first time and really enjoyed the mezze, actually much more than the entrees. We started with the mixed mezze plate and it was all fantastic- great hummus, crispy bread, eggplant dishes and yogurt dips. For our meal, I had the manti-little pork dumplings in a yogurt sauce and the fish was both heavy and a... More

Five of us went for dinner. We started with appetizers for the table: Sarma, Imam Bayildi, Hummus, Baba Ghanoush and Lahmacun. These were so great we kept ordering appetizers and wine and never got to a main course. Service was attentive. Everyone loved the food, even those not too familiar with Turkish style food. Can't wait to go back!

We wanted something a little different on this trip so after reading other reviews we thought to give this a try. We were not disappointed! Lovely atmosphere, knowledgable attentive waitress and exceptionally good quality food made this a wonderful experience. First time to a Turkish restaurant we went with a small sampler sultans platter. Was more than sufficient for the... More

This was a great meal with great service. We ordered the "Tour of Cazbar" which includes a platter of various spreads (lots of eggplant, yogurt, beets, spices) and each was absolutely delicious. There was one in particular, the "sour eggplant" that was very smoky, tart and so delicious. This was followed by the "Sultan's platter" which featured various meats, rice,... More

Our 23-year-old daughter chose this restaurant for her last meal before returning to Russia for a year. It was lots of fun (particularly the belly dancer) and the food was terrific. We did the combination appetizer and dinner and were very pleased with both. We went back the next week and would recommend sitting upstairs, if possible.

Very good Turkish food, and some dishes were excellent. Don't miss the pumpkin soup. Menu broader than the usual Turkish restaurant. Staff was very friendly, welcoming, attentive, willing to spend time discussing spices in different dishes, and made the dining experience a pleasure. Will go again next time I'm in Baltimore. Best to sit as far from the bar as... More

This is Turkish food at its finest. I often enjoy ordering one of the many fine lunch items (including the pides, kebabs, and the ottoman feast) on my lunch break, and it has never disappointed. The quality of the various breads cannot be overstated. Highly recommended.

Located near our hotel (Hotel Monaco Baltimore), we gave Cazbar a try -- and I'm very glad we did! It's an attractive restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. We couldn't decide what to order, so on the advice of our waiter, we tried their Taste of Cazbar set meal. It was a 3 course meal including an appetizer plate,... More

I love turkish food and must admit cazbar comes extremely close to authentic turkish cuisine. Prices are a little above average but money is well spent! I will return here!!!

I was in Turkey a couple months ago and fell in love with the food there. Tried Cazbar as soon as I got back... The food was delicious, authentic, and served attractively. Excellent lamb, and lots of options for vegetarians. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly, but not intrusive. The decor is great -- cozy and a bit exotic. The... More
