Nice decor, good service, excellent food. Saturday night around 6PM - all tables taken by 6:30 so recommend reservations. Small (about a dozen tables) beautifully decorated. Server was pleasant and knowledgeable. Stuffed eggplant was a great vegetarian dish. Manti (turkish meatballs) were unusual and very good. The dessert sampler shared by 2 is a good way to taste all the... More

I have been to most of the Turkish spots in D.C. and Cazbar blows them all away. Very good Adana kebab! I just wish they had the right type of bread to accompany it... Chicken Pirzola is amazing. Rice is always fantastic. Good place to go for a date or bring the family. All appetizers are pretty authentic definitely give... More

The food here is fantastic! The donor sandwich was really on point and the spicy pink sauce that comes with the fries is really tasty. Had the pide appetizer which was very good as well, great flavor! I like that they have turkish beer as well. Space is a little tight but not overly problematic. Service was very friendly and... I love this place - staff are so friendly and the food is wonderful. They have a great selection of hot and cold mezze- the acili ezme, the sauteed mushrooms, and the sprimp, tomato and feta are some of my favorites. I often make a meal of the mezze and do not order an entree. I don"t eat meat, but... More

We had a very good dinner here. We had a menu and so we tried several dishes. The service is friendly and they explain you the dishes they have. Anyway, the restaurant is quite expensive.

Restaurant is small and conveniently located- it seems to be open all the time. The menu has a wide selection. However, I was disappointed that most of hot meze (appetizers) are not freshly prepared - they appear to be refrigerated and re-heated. For example, we tried cigar borek - it was dry and hard with filo crumbling, falafel meze was... More

I had dinner last week at this restaurant. We were two, ordered several meze (cold and warm). The Iskender kebab was delicious (huge portion), we split it which was an excellent idea. With 4 meze, a split kebab and a split dessert. We had more food than necessary and a very good meal for a good value (they also have... More

Try the walnut pate! Very good, and a new taste for me. Reviews must be at least 50 characters. Reviews must be at least 50 characters.

we went with some friends who chose the Cazbar. we had never had Turkish food but found plenty of excellent options to try. The food was very good and we can't wait to go back. The only issue we had was trying to find parking but the food and service were fantastic.

We tried Cazbar for the first time and really enjoyed the mezze, actually much more than the entrees. We started with the mixed mezze plate and it was all fantastic- great hummus, crispy bread, eggplant dishes and yogurt dips. For our meal, I had the manti-little pork dumplings in a yogurt sauce and the fish was both heavy and a... More
