My wife and I visited Cazbar this past weekend and had reservations and good thing we did. We ate at 6:00 p.m. and it got crowded quickly. The waiter was nice, though he came back (as did another waiter) a bit too much to see how were doing. The food was A+ fantastic. The only downfall on the food was... More

It's all good here, everything is good. My hubbie loves the moussaka, I love the lamb with okra. Everything comes with some fabulous bread. They have tasty but not too expensive wines. And the belly dancing on weekend nights is fabulous but make a reservation if you want a table for it.

My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and heard great things about this place. The food was wonderful and our server Zita was fantastic!! She was so attentive and thorough. The belly dancer was quite the entertainment and she interacted with everyone in the audience in some way. The belly dancer and our waiter brought us a dessert with... More

The restaurant was busy on the Wednesday afternoon we dined. The lunch specials are extensive. We went for the 3 course option at $13. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the gluten free options available, but also double checked with the chef, which was very much appreciated. The lentil soup was spectacular with a little spicy bite to it. The... More

Nice decor, good service, excellent food. Saturday night around 6PM - all tables taken by 6:30 so recommend reservations. Small (about a dozen tables) beautifully decorated. Server was pleasant and knowledgeable. Stuffed eggplant was a great vegetarian dish. Manti (turkish meatballs) were unusual and very good. The dessert sampler shared by 2 is a good way to taste all the... More

I have been to most of the Turkish spots in D.C. and Cazbar blows them all away. Very good Adana kebab! I just wish they had the right type of bread to accompany it... Chicken Pirzola is amazing. Rice is always fantastic. Good place to go for a date or bring the family. All appetizers are pretty authentic definitely give... More

The food here is fantastic! The donor sandwich was really on point and the spicy pink sauce that comes with the fries is really tasty. Had the pide appetizer which was very good as well, great flavor! I like that they have turkish beer as well. Space is a little tight but not overly problematic. Service was very friendly and... I love this place - staff are so friendly and the food is wonderful. They have a great selection of hot and cold mezze- the acili ezme, the sauteed mushrooms, and the sprimp, tomato and feta are some of my favorites. I often make a meal of the mezze and do not order an entree. I don"t eat meat, but... More

We had a very good dinner here. We had a menu and so we tried several dishes. The service is friendly and they explain you the dishes they have. Anyway, the restaurant is quite expensive.

Restaurant is small and conveniently located- it seems to be open all the time. The menu has a wide selection. However, I was disappointed that most of hot meze (appetizers) are not freshly prepared - they appear to be refrigerated and re-heated. For example, we tried cigar borek - it was dry and hard with filo crumbling, falafel meze was... More
